Lowe’s setup an appointment with them to come out and service my washer. The time frame of 8am to 12pm went by and no one showed up. Was told to wait an additional 2 hrs and still nothing. Finally called them to ask for a status and they couldn’t find any service to my address by looking up the name and address. I asked if they could look up by the claim number and they had an attitude. Once they searched, they miraculously found the claim. It’s unfortunate that I waited 6 hours for someone to show up and I wasn’t even on the schedule.
I called Nicor home solutions to set up a service call for my refrigerator, Nicor in return sent S&G oak lawn technician out to complete the service I literally had to harass this company after waiting 3 weeks of calling, evetime I called I was given a different date for the part to arrive. spoke with them on 5/22 After speaking to the Manager/ Owner Sandra she showed no sympathy was very rude and unprofessional. Called on 5/24 spoke with Sandra after speaking to her throughout the 3 weeks she screamed saying "I told you I would call you when the part came in" so unprofessional staff and business. I asked her would you be able to live without a refrigerator and she laughed saying NO" Please do not use this unprofessional company.
Moses and ray did a fantastic job. I advise all people who need Heating and cooling work done to use this company. I really appreciate their outstanding service! Btw payment processing was very throughout and very clear. Thank you for all your help.
Payment options need to be throughly explained to clients. When I called for payment, they stated that the person that take payments left for the day. So my tenant has to pay. Then they tried to say that I should have told them that I, the property manager, was not going to be at the property when services were rendered. I explained that I am never at the property when most maintenance occurs since payment is taken over the phone. They need to update their payment technology.
This entire team from Alex (tech) Kim( the young lady that answers the phone) to Sandra( The BOSS) is nothing but amazing and it all starts at the top, with Sandra. She knows what she is talking about as it relates to ANY repair and is super nice and just plain ole' helpful and very fair on the pricing side of things. I am using them for all of my servicing needs either repair or installation from this point forward. I HIGHLY recommend this company if your looking for Professionalism and a very quick turn around for install/repair.
We needed a water line installed to the fridge so we could make the proper upgrade. Ray was a true professional, informative, respectful, and quick. Qualities that are hard to find nowadays. Will definitely be using SG Heating and Cooling in the future to come. Overall 20/10 service!
Sandra Mendoza was the service person assigned to work on my home ac unit from SG Heating & Cooling and she was AWESOME!! From the very moment that she contacted me to let me know that she had arrived to contacting me to tell me what the problem was, how she proposed to repair it, to contacting me when the job was completed. She was very professional but personal and was a joy to work with. She and the office staff were simply great!! I highly recommend them to handle your heating and cooling concerns. They were the best!!!!
My house had an emergency with a busted boiler and nonfunctioning furnace during the polar vortex. After being rejected by other companies, SG made time to assess and made next day repairs/installation despite other companies wanting more money with up to a 4 week wait! My house had heat same day!! SG took the time to call me during this past Fall to perform annual clean and checks to ensure my furnace would work properly during this winter.The owner is very professional, responsive, and will work with you in pricing. Very nice people and will do business again!
This was the worst experience ever. Was provided with there name through LG to have my refrigerator repaired since it was still under partial warranty. Parts covered but not labor. Sandra in the office was the most unhelpful person I ever had to deal with. And after several phone calls to LG, receiving a letter of approval for coverage Sandra still would not order the part or schedule the repair claiming I needed to obtain an RNN number from LG. After talking to a supervisor she confirmed that I should and could not provide that. And basically came down to Sandra trying to have me do her job to obtain authorization. However they did promptly cash my check even though they provided absolutely no service. And only came out to confirm what I already knew that the compressor had gone bad. This was absolutely the most frustrating experience ever.
Very professional, very punctual, very knowledgeable, got the job done right the first time. The technician didn't have the part needed for my furnace repair. Instead of rescheduling me for another day the technician was able to pick up the part from a local supplier and was able to repair my furnace same day. I will definitely be saving their number on my phone.
