They replaced my furnace, and it's running like new. They were able to get me in on a Saturday, which was great because I work from home. The techs were very friendly and helpful, and I was able to watch them as they worked. They were also very quick at getting the job done I watched them change out my furnace and air conditioner in under an hour!

So impressed with the quality of their work, and how quickly they responded to my call. I had a problem with my air conditioner, and they were able to get it fixed the same day I called them. They also came out on a Saturday to fix my furnace before the holidays, which was really nice of them.

They gave me an estimate for my air conditioner and showed up when they said they would. They were very easy to work with and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. When they were finished, everything was working fine again!

For the past 7 years, I've been using Zbest Heating & Cooling. They have been trustworthy, knowledgeable, and honest. I adore all of the technicians and office staff. They come out twice a year to update filters and clean/check the systems under our service agreement. We've only had to call them for service twice or three times in the last 7 years. Maintaining your equipment pays off. Give these guys a shot!!

Steve was very professional and explained the issues with the drain and sink, and the outdoor faucet. He explained the options. Based on recommendations we made the decision to move forward. They will complete work next week. We have been longtime customers of Zbest Heating & Cooling and will continue to be so because we trust their work and their service.
