Couldn't get pilot light lite. Called A & A Thursday afternoon, and although they had a full day's scheduled for Friday, repair man Cody Allen managed to work me into his busy schedule at around noon Friday to repair thermocoupling and replace leaky gas valve. Great service, decent pricing, and just plain great company and people to work with. They also do my air conditioning maintenance every spring at a great price. I highly recommend them.

Have been using A&A for 15 years and will continue to use them. They have always treated us fairly and professionally. Cody has never been late for a scheduled appointment. I trust his technical expertise and rely on his ability to keep our A/C running efficiently. I recommend this company.

Very professional. The repairman arived when he said he would, and after diagnosing the problem and letting me know what was wrong he made a quick repair. I have been using this company for a few year now after they installed my new furnace. I would not use any other company to do my repairs, and if you have a problem and don't call them you are making a big mistake.

Had them clean my furnace ducts 7/19 cost $750. My house is dustier now then before. I have made several calls, they will get back with me. Still one month later no call back! Nice way to run a business!

arrived home from work last night to an 85 degree house and a sense of dread! Im sure I raised to temp three or four more degrees as I ran around putting in calls to HVAC folks trying to resolve the problem. Cody from A&A came out, diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and had cold air flowing in under 20 minutes and he did it for about half what I was quoted from another co who couldn't get a part until Monday. I was overjoyed. I also asked about maintainance as I am a new homeowner so he went over that with me, told me about the services they offer and the cost and offered to get me on the maintainance schedule list. (I accepted). I didn't want to have trouble with my a/c but the silver lining was finding a company I can trust for when a problem arises. Thanks Cody!
Update: 12/30/16. The temp was steadily dropping in the house and we reached 67 degrees. Naturally it's a holiday weekend. We changed out the thermostat-something that had been on the to do list for months and while the heat would now cycle, it still didn't come out of the register higher than 65 degrees. So with dread in my heart, I asked my boyfriend to call A & A and break it to me gently on how much a service call would be the next morning. 10 minutes later we had a call back and 40 minutes later Cody was at our house. And 20 minutes and a flame sensor later we had heat. I also feel the price for the emergency call was very fair.
This is my second call to A & A and while I hope the emergency calls don't arise again anytime soon, if I have one I know who to contact. Very responsive and efficient.

I called to get my furnace checked since it wouldn't come on in the dead of winter. After checking the diagnostic code the repairman said I needed a draft inducer and that it costs $360. I immediately looked it up online and the same motor costs $160 from Sears! Only because it's single digits outside did I agree to have it replaced. After seeing the price online I asked the repairman repeatedly " And you're sure it costs $360?" to which I received a dry "Yep" each time. He did fix the problem but clearly overcharged me so beware if you use this company. After 35 mins the repair was made and I was $443 poorer when this really should have been no more than about $275. They also charge a$79 trip fee that is on top of the actual repair and not deducted if you get the repair. Rip-off? I think so. You'd be much better off shopping around somewhere else before using A&A.

These guys are the best. Always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Cody is by far one of the best techs I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Thanks to you both Tara and Cody. Appreciate all you do.
