From start to finish working with Lambie was stellar. With my air going out Robin scheduled an appointment for me as quick as she could while providing me with some tips/tricks to try to possibly correct the issue. The two gentleman who came to complete the service call were very professional and friendly and had the problem assessed and corrected within 10-15 minutes! Not only were they on time, they were kind enough to call and advise they could come early as they had an opening in their schedule to do so. Would HIGHLY recommend Lambie!

I called Lambie Heating and Air Conditioning because I had received a postcard in the mail. The person who installed our air conditioner was not available to come out to service it.

Robin was available to help me understand the warranty situation and she also helped me with paperwork. I found her extremely patient and very easy to work with. Her attitude was friendly and also understanding of my nervousness since we were experiencing hot days without the air conditioner working properly. Robin made the situation much easier for both me and my husband.

I inquired via email about adding a humidifier to my furnace. They called right away and set an appointment next day to come out to provide estimate. The technician arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Will use them for future issues.

Chris showed up within an hour of my call on a Saturday. My issue turned out to be something very simple, and I was not even charged for the visit despite it being on a weekend. Love working with Lambie and am happy I have a service agreement with them.

Had a 20-yr-old Carrier unit stop blowing cold air. Technicians arrived early for their appointment, were exceptionally courteous and professional, and had the unit cleaned, recharged and running within 30min. Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised both with this level of service and the extremely reasonable pricing (expected much worse from prior experience). As if that was not enough, another Lambie team member hand-delivered an additional filter replacement (specific to our installation) that the technicians did not have on the truck at the time of service. Furnace went out last night and Lambie was here at 8:00am this morning to replace it. They were fast yet courteous and friendly. They offered to bring us space heaters if we needed and a 24 hour line if we needed any additional service help. Thank you for a positive experience!
