Montefusco Heating Sheet Metal

Montefusco saved my mother and her husband! They were given an outrageous quote & put on a 3 week wait list by Covenant heating & cooling. They were told they needed a "special order coil" for the furnace & a new a.c. unit. Turns out within 36 hours of our call to Wes at Montefusco, they installed the new unit, discovered they did not need the "special order coil" and saved my folks $2900!!! The service people are prompt, courteous & most of all Honest with their customers.

I was out of town when my furnace failed (during Christmas). I was able to get someone out right away to diagnose the unit, try a part that didn't fix the issue and determined it would cost as much, or more, to fix it. They were able to replace the unit the next day and all is well. This is the second emergency they have helped me with like this (two separate houses) during the same time frame (both furnace failures). Between the fair pricing and fast service, I would highly recommend Montefusco! I would also like to mention that, although I can't remember his name, so I will call him Big Hoss, was a pleasure to work with. He was informative, professional and just the kind of person you would want to work with. Montefusco has a gem of an employee in the fold. Montefusco will definitely be my first call for any HVAC needs in the future.

Exceeded All Expectations! Having a Furnace or AC unit go out is never a fun experience, but dealing with the people at Montefusco truly made all the difference. Nick our installation tech was on time, carried himself in both a processional and kind manner and was able to get the entire process completed in about half a day. Start to finish the process was a breeze, scheduling was quick, the quote was highly competitive and the people were northing short of exceptional to deal with. In a day where quality service is nearly impossible to find it was refreshing to know there are still companies out there committed to doing things the right way.

I have had to call Montefusco, HVAC two times in the last 4 years and both times they have far exceeded my expectations. They even came to my house on the coldest day of the year, the night before Christmas Eve, way after service hours, to keep my family safe and warm through the night. My heat quit working 8:30pm on Wednesday, they had a guy there the next morning at 6:30am to diagnose. He called me back with options, and I had a new furnace installed with heat back to normal by 4pm. Can't say enough about how impressed I am with the service and understanding of time-sensitive issue. I wish I could give them a 6-star.
