Solar Heating & A/C

They replaced my system and they did not replace the copper or properly clean the system. It makes a lot of noise and doesn't have the capacity to cool the house. I was told by the owner, that "there must be something in there" and it would be really expensive to fix and never heard from them again.

Do yourself a favor and find someone who does the job right and stands behind it. When you do, let me know their name.

I'm in a good mood so I'll be brief!! Absolutely a waste of time experience with this company missing pertinent details, misinforming, and devoid of problem solving/assessment skill set!! Actually had to have another company come out and remedy the problem! I think I'd be better off Googling the job and take my chances from there should I be put in the unique position of having to retain their services!! Nuff said!!

The solar heating and air conditioning technicians provided excellent service. They showed up on time, completed my installation quickly and cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly. I would definitely use them again.

I had a new furnace put in back in 2010 by Solar Heating. I was told, at that time, that this was the right unit for me. First off, Solar Heating never lived up to their promises on coming back to optimize it with my air conditioner unit. I had to have another company come out to take care of me. I just found out that the size of my furnace and coil, 2 ton, is not a match to my a/c unit, 2.5 ton. I should have been sold a furnace with a 2.5 ton coil. I trusted Solar Heating to sell me the right unit but they didn't. I am now having to pay even more money to another company to get things fixed and working the right way. All of my problems could have been avoided if they sold me the correct unit and lived up to their promises.

They lie! Said I had a broken "bulkhead" .. Wrong! They just try to sell furnaces.. Said I had leaks, wrong again!! Avoid!!

It takes a bit of time to get them here, but they did a great job with the a/c!
