I typically don’t do reviews, but when somebody goes above and beyond, I think you have to recognize their effort. Curtis was able to come to my house and fix my AC during the 90° weekend actually came a day earlier than planned. And I’ve never encountered someone who was willing to explain what was wrong with the unit what my options were, and get me fixed so promptly and a very fair price I wish more repair people were like him. It truly was a pleasure doing business with him.

I called Curtis for a second opinion on an older Unico AC system that I had previously been told needed complete replacement. Curtis proposed repairing instead of replacing, and he had the unit back in working order within a few days of his proposal.
He returned calls promptly, explained the problem clearly, answered all my questions, and he and his assistant, Darwin, performed the repair with great professionalism.
I highly recommend CW Mechanical.

We had a little issue with our hot water heater and Curtis was able to fit us in the very next morning as it was not an emergency for us. He came on time, as always. He explains what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. If you have any questions, he has no problem telling you the answers. I love his professionalism, his knowledge and he leaves no cleanup for you to do! He’s the best around! We trust his work and will continue to refer him to others.

We called Curtis to see if he could come out and service our walk in cooler at our business. He was available to come out the same day, and was in our store within a couple of hours. So happy that I went with CWM saved $5,000 by not having to buy a new AC unit Curtis kept me informed on each step he was doing. I have called on CW Mechanical, LLC for over 10 years to maintain my Heating system. The whole relationship started because my furnace would not come on one year and I asked my neighbor-at-the-time, Curtis, to give me a price as to how much it would cost to repair it. I had already asked "Other Companies" to take a look at the issue and was astounded when Curtis told me that I did not need the parts that I was told were needed to make the costly repairs by the "Other Companies." Curtis went through step by step and explained to me, in a language that I could understand, what the issues were. He explained what needed to be replaced right away and what I could wait a while longer to replace.

Curtis is very professional and friendly. Besides maintaining the furnace, he goes beyond to make sure that I understand why he needs to replace a part, takes it out for me to see it and then replaces it. He has always had parts on hand in emergency situations, or was able to get them in a timely matter.
