Had such a great experience with Felske and son. They were quick to respond when I initially reached out to schedule a quote to repair my washer. They came out on a Tuesday to take a look, quickly found the issue and scheduled with me to come back the following Monday to repair the issue. They provided a time frame and arrived within the time. They were quick to repair my washer. Very friendly and overall satisfied with their work.

I was so confident from the washer experience I scheduled air conditioner maintenance following the washer repair!! Great, honest guys. Quickly diagnosed the issue with my laundry machine, got the part within a week, and was efficient with the repair. I am a first time homeowner and they were clear with me about everything the entire time.

We needed our dryer repaired. It was loud and not fully drying our clothes. The men that came were very professional and kind. They were very respectful and answered my questions, and were patient with me while I texted my husband the issues. Highly recommend!

Called them made an appointment, 2 technicians came to repair my washer machine, it took more than 2 hours and when I checked the basement what they're so long doing, they were laying down and lounging. They charged me $150 for nothing they did. They left saying they don't have parts and they will order then contact me when they have parts. It's been more than 3 months I never got a phone call, Beware they're bunch of scammers. Thank you VERY much

So often I look for the “big name” service companies because it is easy, but there is always a trade-off and it feels so transactional. With Felske HVAC & Appliance Repair I received responsiveness in getting me scheduled as soon as possible, professionalism from the time they stepped into my home until the job was done, knowledge of what the issue was and insight on how to maintain in the future, fair and reasonable pricing, and respect.

The final one is important to because I want the feeling that my home is just as important to them as it is to me, and they delivered that. I believe all of the above is possible because the owner, Jerry, is such a great guy!

I will not reach out to another Refrigeration or HVAC service company as long as Felske HVAC & Appliance Repair is in business. I highly recommend them and hope this review has convinced at least one more person to consider and support a local business that truly does care about the customer…AND gets the job done!

Jerry was awesome, he had a last minute cancellation and was able to get to my house within 15 minutes of me calling. He found the dryer issue with a roller wheel and put a whole kit on instead of just replacing the one wheel. He was very professional and didn’t try to sell me on a worse problem or more repairs than what was needed!
