Working with Brian at Mechanical Professionals was great. Their team did a meticulous job of making sure they kept their work area clean and very conscious of not making a mess since I needed new ductwork installed. The cost was on target with my budget and compared well against other bids I obtained. Brian’s attention to detail was second to none that I had ever seen from a contractor. He explained what he was doing and why which was great for me as I like to know those details when spending a lot of money on my home. I am very glad I select Mechanical Professionals and would definitely call them again in the future.

They came out on very short notice right away and had my furnace fixed quickly. The technician Brian was very knowledgeable and I really trust the advice he gave me. Definitely will call them again for any future services.

As a real estate investor, I am only as good as my vendors/service people. Brian handles all of my properties from a service, maintenance & installation perspective. He is always, thorough, prompt and efficient. I only use Mechanical Professionals and Brian. They are simply the best!

I called 2 friends that are in HVAC business about my non-working A/C today and they never called back. I had remembered that a friend recommended Brian of Mechanical Professionals, I contacted her and she got me in touch with Brian of Mechanical Professionals. It was 77 in my house when we came home today. We noticed the outside A/C unit wasnt working at all. I called Brian and he called right back. He talked my hubby thru some troubleshooting and the problem is solved. My house is cold again. My son has asthma so the A/C needs to be on all spring summer and fall. I found out that while I was here talking about our A/C issues on the phone, in Crest Hill Brian was talking to us from his vacation in N.C. So I definitely will call him again. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Very informative and thorough! Great company, I highly recommend.

I am so happy with the service and quality of my furnace. We needed a new one badly had received several quotes that were outrageous luckily we found Mechanical Professional they installed and really did an amazing job and suprisely fast I was shocked. Had me up and running again in no time, luckily it was just a small repair that needed to be done on my furnace. Brian found the problem very quickly and explained everything to me thoroughly, didn’t just try to sell me a new unit.

Had a new furnace and AC installed. Brian installed everything in about 5 hrs. Brian even came back on another day to finish filling the refrigerant for the AC because of a small issue that arose unexpectedly.

I knew nothing so when they sent Brian out he explained everything down to the simplest detail and made everything easy to use and understand.Timely and cost effective most impressive

Brian showed up early morning and worked all day till the job was done it was a lot of work new furnace and duct work he did a great job would call him back any time
