This winter I had someone come out for a cleaning and they determined I had cracks in my thermal intake. I was out of warranty so it pushed me into needing a new furnace. This is a painful experience in the middle of winter.

I immediately started calling for estimates and received a wide range of prices and products. Chris was on a job when I called him, and I am not even in his service area, but still took the time to get me an estimate without even coming to my home. I took pictures of my old unit and provided measurements.

I am not shocked to see the glowing reviews left for Chris at Hull HVAC. His pricing is competitive, but what sealed the deal was his honesty and customer service. I have family that work in HVAC and everything Chris discussed with me fell in line with what they said.

Chris, and his apprentice Hunter, did a quick and thorough install. They were professional and polite. He took a bad situation and made me comfortable with choice I made. Chris has now earned my business for all my cleanings and routine maintenance. I suspect I have only a few years left on my air conditioner and he will be the first person I call.

We hired Hull HVAC to clean the ducts of the HVAC system. On time, clean, professional, quick billing, basically just AWESOME. Support Hull HVAC and support local businesses. Chris and his company are outstanding! AND, we can tell a huge difference in the amount of dust, basically none after the cleaning was complete!

Hunter came in to do duct cleaning. I was not home but my mom could not stop raving about him. She told me how respectful he was, how thorough he was and how concerned he was that he wasn't making too much noise while my 5 month old napped. Would highly recommend Hunter and Hull HVAC.

Chris and his guys are the best. I've used him a number of times and his recommendations are always spot on. His service, response times and the quality of his work are impeccable. Hull is the one good thing about stuff in my house breaking and I recommend them without reservation.

Just to start I'm not knowledgeable in hvac. We got several quotes (like I was told) and we all set to go with another company, then Chris showed up for a bid and saved us! The other company was going to replace furnace with a 30000 btu one step, if u know anything about hvac this is very bad we were using a 100000 at the time. Chris explained all the difference in scientific and layman's terms. He listened to what we wanted and needed. Chris then gave us several options to choose from with and without bells and whistles. We ended up getting furnace replaced, ac added, new hot water heater and new smart thermostat. He made sure we were aware if rebates available to us thru RMU and Nicore. He even explained and helped us with this process. Chris, Maya and Hunter started and finished in one day. Removed and haled away old appliances. They were very respectful of our house and working around items (entertainment center with knickknacks) and laying down drop clothes. They also had no problems working around a feisty old cat that that continued to lay in the middle of there path. The basement was even cleaner when they finished. Chris dealt great with my brothers knit picking. Chris also answered all my questions after hours and after the job was completed immediately. I am very grateful and satisfied with Chris, Maya and Hunter. I will definitely 💯 recommend them to all family and friends.

I found this company by searching within a radius of Cherry Valley, where I live, and selected Hull based on the quantity but even more so the quality of the reviews. Whoever worked at Hull I knew I must have the Chris everyone wrote about. And I did. Chris not only lived up to his reviews but exceeded my expectations. When I bought my cottage I knew the furnace was an issue though I had hoped it would get me through one winter. Sadly, test showed it was releasing an unsafe amount of CO and could be contributing to my recent increase in allergies, fatigue, and asthma symptoms. Chris was very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to my messages. He listened to my concerns, called a distributor for some fact-finding, and found me an American Standard legacy model for an unbeatable price. And I got an Aprilaire filter. Chris answered my questions both in scientific & layman's terms so I never felt talked down to but learned some cool lingo (I still like "glow bar" over "ignitor"). Chris hauled away the icky old furnace that came with this place and cleaned the area before installing the new one. He had to do some creative metalwork and move pipes. He wore a mask and booties over his shoes, very considerate of my house and wellbeing. Poor guy even had to go into my attic a few times. He took his time but never wasted time, never took a break. Chris left my house cleaner than when he arrived. I already decided I will get my AC from him and my water heater when that needs updating. I have been running the furnace since he left - it is quieter and I'm having no allergies or asthmatic symptoms. So glad to have heat again! No need to mull it over, call Hull on over today!
