The technicians were prompt in the first appointment on a weekend day, when I had no heat. They found the issue, ordered the part, notified me when they had the part in was on their way to my home. They are professional, courteous and diligent in their work. Great job!

There was a problem with my furnace so I called Air Pros Mechanical Heating and Cooling and to say they were anything short of amazing is an understatement. They were knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous. He quickly identified the problem, was up-front and affordable with costs, and fixed the problem within the hour. Safety was also at the front of their minds, they were extremely cautious and followed all COVID regulations with limited face-to-face interactions as possible, face masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, etc. I will always use them moving forward for all my HVAC needs!
