Overall great experience from the team! Great response rate from Eric, who presented a fair evaluation and proposal in accordance to our needs. Tyler and Jason were super friendly and worked efficiently on the day of the install. They were in and out within 4 hours, and left the place neat and tidy after. Highly recommend for any HVAC service/install.

We needed to replace an existing AC unit and furnace. We had a LOT of questions re: heat pump vs. standard AC unit and Eric was very responsive and patient in answering all of our questions. Ultimately we decided on the heat pump.
Jason and Tyler did a great job removing the old systems and installing the new units.
Kendall was very helpful answering questions about warranty and registration of all components. We would recommend Residential Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs.

Jason and Eric were both great to work with. Eric provided an in depth assessment of our home and Jason did thorough and quality work installing a new furnace and heat pump. You can tell they both take pride in their work. Jason even rerouted our gas line to our furnace so that it was less in the way. Easily the best company we’ve worked with, and would happily recommend them to anyone I know.

Quote received-far more reasonable than another company who came out who shall remain nameless-and the new install was in Tuesday.Eric was very honest about cost and what was best for me and my particular situation; they also went above and beyond to make sure my furnace was operating safety and not spewing carbon monoxide in the air.Also thank for Jason and Arturo ,they are high quality technicians, you would never even know they were here today. Believe me this has not always been the case with workmen in my home - they often leave lights on all over the place and their garbage in my home for me to clean up! After researching and receiving quotes from a number of business ranging from larger, well-known companies, to more locally-based companies, we decided to have Residential Heating & Cooling install a new AC system for our home. From Eric's quote to Jason's install, the process was extremely fair and seamless. Both Eric's and Jason's knowledge, honesty and integrity around what was appropriate for our home were top notch.
