Air-ease Heating & Cooling

I had a great experience with Air-ease. Prices were reasonable, service was outstanding, and the devices are keeping our home nice and cool in these recent 90° days. My only criticism is the answering service that they use when the office is at lunch or away, the answering service was pretty awful and had some terrible customer service people. The actual Air-ease office personnel and service techs, however, were totally professional and amazing. My review won't be swayed by something out of their control, and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to get ductless AC installed!

I have used Air Ease on 2 different occasions. Both jobs went Great, very professional and very clean. This past weekend I had a question concerning my unit. I emailed Denise Saturday night. I woke up Sunday morning (Mothers Day) and Denise responded to my email. Bob and Brandon stopped by Monday at my convenience to look at my unit and answer my questions. I could not be happier with the service from Air Ease. I would definitely recommend them for your next heating and cooling project.....

We just had our second Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner installed and couldn't be happier. The Air-ease people were very professional and thorough during the ordering and installation. The air conditioner works well in our home, and we rate them a 5 star business.

Air-Ease is the BEST! When my central air system stopped, I first called a very well known and popular heating and cooling company. The technician from that company stated that I needed a new cooling system. I then called Air-ease. The technician showed me which part needed to be replaced. It was very affordable.. I've been and Air-ease customer since 2005. I do the spring and fall cooling and furnace cleaning and checks. When the time comes to replace my heating or cooling system Air-ease will get my business.

The work done by your team was very professional and well done the workers were very easy to get along with as they did there jobs. I would recommend your services to anyone that would like to have ductless air condition done in their home or work places. We have been an Air-Ease customer for over 30 years. Air-Ease always provides great service and is very responsive. For quite some time I have been in their Preventative Maintenance Program which provides for discounts on both service and parts. I highly recommend them.

My first experience was a service call for my split heat pump located in the sunroom and bedroom. The Mitsubishi compressor was not working. It was cold outside and we had a heavy snowstorm. My previous company that installed the unit had gone out of business. The owner of Air Ease, Bob, immediately came and inspected the unit and discovered that a circuit board had become defective. The unit was only 6 months old at the time. The circuit board was covered by the warranty. He followed up with the installation of the new circuit board

After a positive experience with Air Ease I decided to enter into a service agreement to have my Trane heat pump, electronic air cleaner, humidifer, and the Mitsubishi compressor and split units. Brandon, son of the owner has serviced all of this equipment with regular spring and fall checks to insure all equipment was running according to factory specifications. Brandon has learned well from his father over the years and has done an exceptional job. I should point out that our Trane heat pump and furnace are 14 years old.

I initially chose Air Ease because they were a Diamond Mitsubishi dealer as well as an American Standard/Trane dealer. I have remained with Air Ease over the years because of their expertise in keeping my equipment running. I can easily give them five stars out of five stars for dependability and honesty.

The services provided by Air ease Heating and Cooling exceeded my expectations. I hired Air ease to evaluate the ongoing problems with my geothermal system that was installed by another company. Air ease diagnosed the problem that had been plaguing my system from the beginning and put a plan into place to remedy the situation. Air ease services were invaluable to me.

My lucky day. I was home sick last week when my heater stopped working on the coldest day of the year. I called Nicor utility and they recommended Air ease Heating. The lady at Air ease was so pleasant and calm and assured me a service truck would arrive quickly. The serviceman fixed my heater and I was warm again. Thank you Nicor and Air ease.
