Helpful staff with parts and they repaired my AC when it was really hot outside! Honest people

She was very helpful and was able to provide me several options for an AC Motor that was over 20 years old. She found the same exact model for $300+ from the manufacturer to be shipped to me in one day. She proved the option of a comparable model in which she had in stock for half the price. I would recommend Dana’s to anyone after today’s experience. Very helpful.

They came by one day, charged $75 to cut a hose, blow in it, and put back together. I called same night (3 hours later), my heater did not work again. They could not come to fix at 7pm, and came back the next day. They replaced a part and charged me AGAIN for a service call. I called to complain, and they refused to take the home service call off. So 2 days in a row, they came out and charged twice for service calls. They do NOT stand behind their service or work. If they couldn’t get it working on day 1, we should have paid on day 2. They need to stand behind and garuntee their work

Print service and reasonable prices. The owner is a very kind and polite person. He is honest and fair with the repair and charges are very reasonable.

I've bought parts from their store a couple of times and they have excellent and reliable service. I only trust them for all of my HVAC needs !!
