Precision Air has top notch customer service. We had some cooling issues and a service tech was sent out asap and got us going before a big heat wave. He was very professional, polite and prompt. Very satisfied with Precision Air. We have used them for about 10 years and will continue to use them and tell everyone about them.

Companies like Precision are very hard to find these days! Our heat exchanger went out the day before Xmas Eve. Paxton was super fast to respond. The unit is under warranty, but the parts are not available due to covid related plant shutdown. It took a few days to get the part after we found a 3rd party supplier that had the part available. Paxton had some space heaters dropped off the same day we spoke and they kept us warm for Xmas. The part was delivered on the 28th and Paxton was at our house by noon and done before 1:30pm. Our heat is working great now! Could not be more happier with their service.

AC unit was not functioning properly 2 days after closing on a new home. I called Precision Air and they had a tech out the very next morning to troubleshoot the issue. They were able to fix that morning and cleaned and serviced both AC units. Highly recommended. They were on-time, very professional and respectful of my property. Extremely competitive pricing as well. 5 Stars.
