E-mailed America Air Saturday evening. One of the owners, Mark E-mailed me back within an hour to schedule our repair. Hayden was here by 9:30 the next morning. Replaced a wire I damaged yesterday. Did a full check to make sure everything in our A/C unit is working properly. He is a great employee. We can’t recommend American Air enough. We have use a few different HV/AC companies in the past. American Air is by far our favorite.

I have had great experiences with this company. From the receptionist Lisa who is always pleasant and friendly to the all the technicians who have serviced both my AC and furnace. Lisa is always prompt on on answering the phones and calling back right away. She always works with me on scheduling and tries to set up the best time that will work with my scheduling, even calling before the technicians come out, which is a huge life saver especially if you have animals who need to be put up before hand. Hayden is very professional and explained everything even taking time to answer my questions going above and beyond. Have been a customer since I bought my first home and will continue to do so. Overall, highly recommend!

We’ve known for a while that our 40 year old furnace and central air system needed to be replaced. The owner and staff at American Air Heating and Cooling were so courteous, informative, honest in letting us know what system our house needed, friendly, hard working, professional and respectful of us and our space. This was an incredibly great experience from first call to clean up after installation. AND, the new system has already made a positive difference in the way our house feels. We wholeheartedly recommend American Air!!

I definitely recommend this place!
I called everywhere for a place to fix my minisplit because it was installed by a handyman incorrectly and kept freezing/ icing up. Noone would even touch it and other places just gave me the run around. Then I found American heating and air and gave them a call. The receptionist was super nice and we explained everything to the owner and he had someone out that next week. The workers were very professional and nice and had it up and running perfectly in just a few hours. They basically had to redo everything that the handyman did because it was all done wrong.
I have to say it looks great now and they even hid all the wiring all neat and tidy. Will definitely be going here for now on for all my heating and cooling needs.

i called about my thermostat not working properly. They said that the one that i had had been recalled. They sent a technician out (hayden) who arrived in a timely manner, to replace it with a new one. He was very courteous and friendly - he installed the new one and showed us how it worked. These people are always very friendly and courteous and I would highly recommend them for your air/heating needs.

They showed up on time for the initial call. Quickly figured out the issue, which they already thought was the problem based on a video I sent. I received a phone call within 15 minutes of them leaving from a woman letting me know the price and we set a date for later that week. I was able to have them show up earlier because my schedule changed. Hayden showed up promptly and went to work. It was my inducer motor. It didn't take long. We checked that it was running, and quietly. He was done in about 1/2 an hour. He was very kind as well.

This was the first maintenance on our system. Hayden is awesome. He checked the air conditioning inside and out. He explained everything he did. Then he asked if we had any questions. So glad we chose American!

Hayden was very polite and professional. He thoroughly clean my ac system for summer use. He has a delightful personality and enjoys his work. It was a pleasure to met him.

Nick and Hayden very professional ; showed up and fixed furnace in the dark we had just lost power in the neighborhood just as they arrived ! They fixed furnace and just as they were leaving power came back on and had it running and making sure we were warm! Definitely will use your company again!! Thank you Nick and Hayden you have two very professional repair men !!
