We hired Thomas Neuner to do our ac 4 years ago and we are now having problems with it. He came out told us the problem and never came back. Came up with excuses such as the wrong part was ordered and then he was sick the next day. He was suppose to come back April 27, 2019 and never showed also never called or texted. He was never once on time and didn't call or text to tell us he would be late. We had to let him go. We are going with someone else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS PERSON AT ALL 👎👎.

He called us and told us that he want to work for our company and when we saw these reviews and when we declined the offer we told him that don't call us ever he was calling everyday to the office and after that we told him that we are going to call Sherrif's so he stopped calling and started giving reviews to our company but for your information THOMAS yelp deleted those reviews when we show them proofs your all plans not worked in front of us i will recommend to try to make reputation don't think that i got a customer today i will go to their house and will get $500 and will not do the work think that i got a customer today i will make him happy and get payment as i quote to him and i will told him to give me a review on google customers go with a business by seeing their reviews and all of your google if filled with 1 STAR REVIEWS.
That's it bro and we will always pray that become smart and try making customers happy don't try to steal them

This is a horrible company. The technician came to my house and replaced parts that I did not need. He also charged diagnostic fees without checking the equipment properly. He replaced a few parts and charged me and none of the repairs actually repaired anything. After coming back to try to repair my ac, he took the part that he replaced back and I still got charged for it. I ended up going with another company and right away they told me the unit is old and bad and could not be repaired. I got charged over $800 for something that wasn't and couldn't be repaired. The other company replaced my unit and everything is working properly from the first time. I will never use this company or recommend this company to anyone. He wouldn't even attempt to refund any of my money.

Neuner installed our Lennox Central Air 4-5 years ago and we were very pleased with his work, but last fall and this spring we began to have problems with it. We called Neuner... He stopped by, checked out the system and determined a valve needed to be replaced.
Weeks went by. Lennox wouldn't answer the phone, the wrong part was delivered, he was sick... I am not certain what happened but the repair was not getting done. Finally he promised to show up at 9am Saturday and fix the AC. At 9:15 he had not arrived, no text no phone call. I called and left a message... "please call back". A little while later my wife calls and his cell phone has clearly been turned off since it went straight to voice mail.
We never got a call back, he never showed up. We sent a text telling him his services were no longer required. I can take a hint. He had no desire to repair our AC (that he installed). We even agreed to have him do a system health and maintenance check twice a year. I guess he didn't want that business either.
We've now gotten another company to come look at it. The part needed is available locally. The company was able to determine (within a few minutes) that the parts are under warranty by Lennox. This seemed to be a blocker for Neuner (or at least that was an excuse). We feel we were being lied to and put on the back burner.

He just kept having reasons he couldn’t show up. 3 times. I’m not happy moving furniture by myself at 7am so he can clean vents and then having him message me that he can’t come after texting multiple times asking if he is coming. Don’t know if the excuses were true or not - but be more professional!
