I contacted HFI to quote a new system as my old system was breaking down. They responded quickly with a site visit and estimate to replace my current system. Their pricing was outstanding, and their installation service technicians were top-notch! I couldn't recommend them enough. They listened to my needs and provided an excellent product! We just had a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump installed for our enclosed back porch. Even bough we live is a small town 45 minutes from their office, Bob Magiera came out a couple days after we called. He looked at our area, took some measurements and discussed what would work best for us. A couple days later we had our quote, right in line with what we expected. Just a week and a half later Tyler and Chris came out to do our install. They were very professional and did exceptional work. They even put up with my be in the way and asking questions with out a hint of displeasure. The install is very nice, clean and professional. All in all a great job. I would highly recommend them.

I would like to give a big thanks to the techs that repaired my a/c for HFI in past two days. They were very friendly and quick to get the problems solved. Scott Miller was my first to came to find my problem and get the ball rolling. Matt Moore and Jarrod Came to install the unit. all very nice and professional. I would recommend them anytime. also thanks to Darin for getting estimate together and schedule so quickly in heat. My home has been serviced by HFI for many years at this point. They are always caring efficient and professional with my concerns. I've been pleased With all equipment and service we have received. My semiannual maintenance has helped identify a few quick fixes before they became a problem and Have reduced overall cost and added longevity to my equipment. They have updated my system recently with smart thermostats and this has been of great benefit. I would recommend to any and all looking for exceptional HVAC service.

You know it's not good when your air conditioner goes out in the middle of the summer. I contacted our friend Dave Conner and he set up an appointment to have someone come out and look at our system and give us a quote. Justin came out Monday and told us the best options that were available to us. I was surprised on how inexpensive it was to replace our entire unit. I have heard horror stories from other people about how expensive it would be. People also told me to stay away from bigger business, but I have no regrets. HFI is great and will have my air conditioner installed this week. Justin was so professional and very nice. Thank you HFI for making this decision easy for us. Thanks again Dave Conner!

Jill was quick and extremely friendly when calling HFI to ask for our furnace to be serviced. Evan was very professional and was able to come out the next day. I would highly recommend HFI!

It just didn't take very long to unclog the toilet! And the guys did a great job! And they were very courteous!
