Nick C. was great! Professional, friendly, and determined to get the job done. I really appreciate his expertise and will definitely call him back if I have to. He even took the time to answer my questions about how to clean the unit when he was done fixing it.

Keller Heating highly recommend- Furnace went out in middle of night. Keller was here by 9am and Furnace back working again by 11. Staff specialist,Jacob, was knowledgeable and very professional and diagnosed the issue quickly. He called in to office for part to be delivered and our non-working Furnace was fixed. We love Keller Heating and will continue to use. Local service is the best!

The Keller technician, Danny, was dispatched to my house on the same day that I called about a possible furnace problem. Such a prompt response was unexpected and appreciated.
After he checked the furnace for 20-25 minutes, it turned out that there was no mechanical problem in need of repair.
About an hour later, I received an invoice for a trip charge, which was reasonable in amount.
Overall, it was an excellent experience.

I had used Keller for many years, they installed and serviced my HVAC unit. It broke down mid April and it was cold. I called and they sent a service tech who did a diagnosis and it looked like the best option would be a new unit. He emailed it to the office (1 pm) and said they would get me a bid that day. No bid came. Next day still no bid, I contacted another company and got a bid. Next day no bid from Keller, the other people put in my unit the same day. I have never heard back from Keller. That's ok, because I will never do any business with them again.

I have used Keller Heating and Cooling for close to 30 years and Nick has been here a number of times. I have even recommended their services to a friend who moved here from Tennessee. Were I not pleased I would have sought a different service. I am more than satisfied.

Nathan and Jacob recently made a service call on a warranty issue and took the time to explain and instruct me regarding the operations of my new equipment. Their patience and expertise improved the overall experience of my new furnace/AC units. I would recommend Keller without hesitation.
