BNG Heating & Cooling

My A/C quit working so I called BNG. My service tech, Ken Cromer, was able to get the system working. He did a great job and was very professional!

I had BNG install my new HVAC system a little over a year ago. I was extremely satisfied with the install and my unit. I'm also very happy with their maintenance program. I had my fall maintenance done today by Jonathan. He was very pleasant and professional getting my unit cleaned and serviced in a timely manner. It's obvious BNG takes pride in their work and hires employees who do the same. Thank you BNG, and thank you Jonathan!

Once our HVAC was going on 20yrs old and wasn’t necessarily energy efficient, we decided it was time to just replace it before getting into the winter season. We had several estimates from other companies, but we trusted Steve Gibson from BNG the most. He never tried to “over sale” us with a system that was too big for our home like some of the other companies. He is full of knowledge and explained how they work and even told us to call him any time if we had any questions, which we did do a few times!
Overall, we are very satisfied with the entire process. The installers Derek Raged and Austin Richard’s were awesome! They were both very professional and respected our home by keeping things clean. Debbie with billing was helpful and friendly as well. We can’t thank everyone enough for the superb service! Would highly recommend BNG for your HVAC needs!

Kind and courteous, very professional. Installation was quick and easy. They cleaned up after finishing and even touched up wall paint around the new thermostat! The new unit runs so quietly that it is barely noticeable and cools evenly throughout the house. Would not hesitate to use this business again!

This was my first experience with BNG and they now have a lifetime customer. My A/C quit working on a Sunday. I called and Wes was very nice and gave me estimates ( which were very decent prices with it being "after" hours) on what he thought it could be. He got to my house very fast and completed the job in no time. I appreciate him and the company so much. My daughter will get to recover from surgery in a nice cool house now thanks to Wes and BNG. I highly recommend them.

We had a whole house generator installed. The service technicians were very friendly and clean. They were knowledgeable in the service they provided. The company was a great company to work with and very professional. We will continue the service they offer.

I smelled some gas coming from our stove on a Sunday night around 6:45 pm and within 15-20 minutes Butch arrived and thoroughly checked everything, gave us some recommendations, and was just overall very friendly and put us at ease. Very very grateful for his help
