Jimmy at American Comfort replaced our entire heating system last year—2 new heat pumps. The service was excellent. He is knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. The savings I’ve realized this heating season exceeded my expectations. In addition, our home has never been more consistently comfortable. Jimmy is the best in the business with 30+ years of experience. I highly recommend him!

Outstanding !!!!!! My furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year. It was 29 years old. They got it running within 2 hours and then gave me a great price on a new one. We LOVE our new furnace. I highly recommend them.

This guy quoted my 87 year old dad over $900 to replace a draft inducer fan. I found the part at WinSupply in Westfield (excellent customer service from Nicholas at the parts counter) for $315. After 20 minutes of work, his furnace was up and running like new. Would not recommend this guy to anyone for any reason.

If I could rate him in negative stars, I would.

I have used these guys several times and they have always been extremely helpful. They come promptly, provide excellent service, and at a fair price. It is hard to find someone else with their level of knowledge and customer service.

Very pleased with this company. Had an AC issue a few years ago. Service was after hours but prompt and the price was very fair. This is my first google review but when I saw a 1 star, I had to balance it out. I’ll call them again when I need service.

They came out the same day I called after a holiday weekend. Got my air back up and running. Jimmy was honest and fixed it for a reasonable price. Just the type of company I prefer to deal with. Thanks, would recommend and use again.

Jimmy is the BEST. When ever I have any issues he is quick to head over and help me out. Its easy to get a hold of someone and to make an appointment. I always get all the options and he helps me to make the best one for the house. Pricing has always been very fair and affordable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have used this company several times. 3 or 4 summers ago my a/c went out and Jimmy was quick to respond and had a new unit installed before I had my next “hot flash” Greatly appreciated the prompt service! And the reasonable price. Didn’t feel like he was trying to charge more because I was in desperate need of a/c. Now I’m in a new “to me” house and Jimmy check the furnace and a/c before I bought my house. Installed an April Air humidifier to my furnace to help with the drier air. Had a small glitch with the a/c which resulted in adding Freon. I’m cool as a cucumber once again! I have recommended this company to my friends. I am a talker and feel like I know Jimmy and his family now.
