We’d just purchased our house back in October of 2022. With our luck, we discovered our condenser was over 30yrs old & finally pushed out its last breathe.

We saw that our neighbors used FourSeasons for a service call & we filed suit ourselves only to come to the same conclusion they did, call Illiana.

Unlike FourSeasons, Michael came out & explained the entire process. He was very knowledgeable of all the specs that my husband was interested in & he really honed in on finding something that was perfect for us & our budget. He took the time to explain everything & answered any and all questions that we had.

All in all we ended up getting a whole new system backed with warranty. A new furnace & condenser and so far we are pleased. Of all the 6 companies we reached out to, Illiana has the best pricing and financing options compared to its competitors.

I am thankful for the whole team, especially Leslie! She really came through & although I wasn’t the most pleasant, she maintained her professionalism and made me feel like she placed herself in my shoes and did whatever she could to take care of us.

Illiana installed a brand new Furnace, Air Conditioner & Thermostat in our home today & we couldn’t me more proud of the work they did at the price they gave us! Both of our units were 22 years old & our AC went out on us last year. So, we decided if we were going to be forced to get a new AC, we might as well get a new furnace too. We had been shopping around & had multiple estimates but in the end, not only did Illiana come in at a great price. They delivered with even better units. I couldn’t be more happy with the professionalism from the start. Micheal started the process off by coming to our home for an estimate. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. After our visit with Michael we worked with Dan who was extremely patient and understanding with what we were looking for & he delivered us everything we wanted at a very fair & competitive price. Kevin came to our home to do the measurements the day after & today they came to do the install. Everything looks & runs beautifully. They went above & beyond! They installed new lines from the AC outside to our furnace room, they redirected the duct work in our furnace room to make it look more appealing & easier to access & they installed a nice new pad to go with our upgraded AC unit! Not only did they do a phenomenal job with the installs. They surprised us by upgrading our drain hose and water lines to our washer & dryer free of charge. I’m a contractor myself & I couldn’t say enough good about what they did & the job they did. Thanks Illiana. I highly recommend anyone looking for new units or work to be done in the HVAC department to contact Illiana. You won’t be disappointed!

The service was great with a knowledgeable technician. The cost of the prepaid annual service fee could be lower for valued customers that spent a lot of money on brand new systems. It makes me want to shop around for annual maintenance.

I switched to Illiana years ago, and have been 100% satisfied with their work, helpfulness, and professionalism always. I appreciate their honesty and work ethics above all. Over the years, they have replace my furnace, water heater, and just recently, my A/C unit and coil. Again, a job well done. All of the employees go above and beyond. And, unlike many other companies, they always answer their phone, and never keep you waiting. THANK YOU AGAIN.

Great company! Office staff and technicians are all very attentive and experienced! I had a furnace/ac check and cleaning along with air duct cleaning. KP was my furnace/ac guy and he clearly knows what he’s doing and took great care of my equipment and is very nice. Nathan was one of the air duct cleaners, I didn’t get the name of the other one, both were great and took extra care with my newly painted walls and woodwork and were very nice. Thank you to all !

Great customer service! I called after hours because that's always when things break and got an appt the next day! I have a 10 day old baby at home so I needed my AC fixed immediately. Very professional and friendly service technician. Highly reccomend! I will definitely use this company again in the future.

So I will be fully transparent with this review.
We were originally scheduled to have a new system installed on a Monday, unfortunately life happens and our tech had a family emergency. To say the least I was understanding but not that pleased being that I had family coming in myself the next day & the temperature wasn’t too hot but it wasn’t the most pleasant either. I wasn’t exactly the nicest person to speak to but nonetheless Leslie still managed to be professional and found a way to work us in Friday.

We had a team of 4, 2 of which were newly employed and these guys were hard at work for about 12hrs. They answered any questions I had, showed me how to use my new thermostat just in case, and made sure I was happy with our new system. The following day there was a little hiccup with the connection to our water heater but someone was sent out less than an hr & resolved the issue less than a few minutes.

They also have the best financing options compared to 4 other companies we were quoted by. Overall I am pleased with the whole crew that got us up and running again. Thanks to the whole team!

I had them install a brand new AC unit. Everything was 5 star professional from getting the estimates too installation. The technicians were on time to the minute!! They completed the install to the time that was estimated with no issues. I would highly recommend this company. I plan on doing more business with them in the future. Thanks

Had Dan come out to do a estimate and he gave me a good price for a New ac unit and coil.I felt as if Dan talked to me about what i needed as a friend and not as a salesman. They were way better priced than Four seasons heating and cooling. I will always call Illiana to be my number 1 company in heating and a/c service. Easy to pay and great communication from start to finish.They made this whole process easy. I highly recommend this company.

Appreciate the quick service. One call and a few hours later Tony showed up. He is wonderful, knowledgeable and efficient as well as kind and polite. Appreciate good service. Thermostat was more than I expected to pay but no complaints about the service
