I had the pleasure of dealing with Jake and his team as they came out and helped me decide exactly what would be best for my home and as soon as things were finalized they were out the very next day. Absolutely incredible promptness and they talked with me every step of the way. Very much appreciate their work and commitment to making my home a better place to live.

Josh, Brandon and the third member of their crew did an amazing job replacing all the old, leaking drain pipes in the crawl space of my house. They were able to complete the entire job in one day, including a very thorough cleanup. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely call them again with any plumbing needs.

Couldn’t be happier. The service was friendly and outstanding. Gave me some pointers to improve the AC efficiency and didn’t pressure me into purchases items that will eventually need to be done but aren’t an issue now.

I moved into my house two years ago and was referred to an individual at this company to do a good job for me to get a new heat and air unit. The person came out and he told me he owned the company and he walked around with me and told me several things that he was going to do in addition to installing the unit. I had some exposed duct work that he was told me he was going to make look better and also he said he would remove some gas lines that were in the way. He also told me he was going to do the work himself well then a couple of guys showed up a couple weeks later to install the unit. They knew nothing about the additional promises that I was made then come to find out the guy did not even own the company, and he no longer worked there, a friend of mine that referred this guy called the owner of the company and the owner did not return my call, but did send somebody out to try and resolve the situation but the promises that were made were never taken care of. The unit seems to be working fine after two years I don’t have an issue with that. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The issue I had to go through and I didn’t feel that the company did anything to really make me feel better about such a situation.

Jake and his guys came out and installed an entire new Daikin fit heat pump/electric furnace. Not only does this system make my home way more comfortable than it's ever felt, There are no longer any cool spots in the home. it's always a constant temperature. Also the savings in the electric bill is a huge plus coming from a 15 year old system. This system is so quite I can't even hear the outside unit which is right beside my bedroom window. Jake and his crew were very professional, and Jake explained the entire process along with the ins and outs of the system and thermostat. My whole interaction with everyone from the office staff to the install crew was pleasant and smooth. I definitely recommend using them for any of your needs.

Allen Home Services installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage. They provided a very reasonable estimate, the work took about 2 hours to complete same day, and the install was very clean and professional. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful, and I would gladly recommend them to others.

Edgar was the service tech that showed up, great guy, knew what he was doing then went above and beyond expectations. Mine was a plumbing/drain issue. Wouldn't hesitate a minute to use them again.

They did a great job. Quality work, friendly, professional, and they even finished the job faster than anticipated. I would 100% use them again for my electrical needs.

Did some work for my dad, had a massive leak and issue with his sump pump. Person ran into yard, made ruts with his vehicle the first time. The second time they left the sump pump just hooked up to an outlet on the inside of the house. It was just left like that with no follow up at all. It is still like that because they only halfway did the job. My dad doesn't complain and just took it. Very unprofessional

Our furnace was not working we had called six people before Alan home service look at the furnace. No one can figure it out. But when they came out he excepted the challenge. I didn’t think that he would be able to tell us anything but he actually fixed it and told us a lot more than the six people that we call, I am grateful to them. thank you all for talk to us like we was old friends. They listen to our problems. And he didn’t quit when I get hard. We have heat tonight because of them. I am so grateful. Thank you so much.
