Shaun was great! Very responsive and explained what the problem was and options to fix. He repaired our AC in a very timely manner. Will use him again if needed.

JD and Brian were very professional and lots of communication! The internal response system gave us a piece of mind that they were coming so we knew when to expect them at our house! Brian was very thorough finding some build up of dust, and pet air.

Ryan S. was fantastic! I highly recommend this company. I appreciate the fact that this is a technician owned company.. it shows in the work. I did my due diligence in researching a new A/C system, as well as searching reviews for the best installer. Heil products are well valued and have a better than average warranty. I had 5 estimates and Good Guys (Ryan) was the most honest and knowledgeable technician, on top of the fact the the estimate was the most reasonable. Call Good Guys first... ask for Ryan!!

We worked with Tom who was great. Our air conditioner went out on Friday. We called dial one who our system was with and was not able to have anyone come out. Glad we called Good guys because that's exactly what we got, a good guy-Tom who was honest, and ethical and received a fair price for a new unit, plus was installed within two days. If you want that home town feel, where you know them and they know you, call Good Guys and ask for Tom.

Your search for a good HVAC company is over! We were connected to this service team through our home warranty. Our technician, Brian, is friendly and was very patient with my kids wanting to try and talk his ear off while he worked. 😅 He was great about texting any time he had an update about where we were with our claim. When we hit a snag with the home warranty company, we felt like Good Guys was on our side and doing everything they could to help us. Steve came along with Brian on instal day. He was also friendly and professional. Those guys worked hard and got our new system installed in a few hours. They made sure we knew important info about what filters to buy and how to install them (helpful info, as new home owners). When they were finished, everything was cleaned up and finished off professionally. We would enthusiastically refer anyone to choose this company for their repair/install needs.

Good Guys did a great job installing our old 25yr old system. Ryan came out on very short notice and had install complete 3 days later! Very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism! Would highly recommend Good Guys to anyone! Thanks again.

Very professional but nice. Installed our Nest thermostat without any problem. Cleaned our very dirty furnace. We just purchased this house and the furnace had not be maintained. We will definitely use them on a regular basis. AC will need to be serviced in the spring. Great value for a great job.

Ryan came out for a prewinter service on our heat pump. We recently moved so we wanted to make sure everything in the system was looking good. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He is the best person we’ve ever worked with for our heating and air needs!
