The guys were very professional and informative. They came in and replaced our HVAC/AC system and they got it all done in one day. They took their time to make sure everything was replaced correctly and looks nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is needing a new system or even repair. I had a new A/C installed by Masters Heating and Cooling last year and they’ve done the annual tune ups on my previous A/C and furnace for the last few years. Dennis has done our service several times and is always very professional and kind, he is fantastic and deserves a raise!

When it comes to having work done around my house, I do most of the work myself. But when it comes to certain repairs I turn to Masters. I have known David and his team for several years and would trust any of them to work on my equipment in my house. Recently I had a new HVAC system installed as well as plumbing work done. When it comes to sweating cooper it takes finesse. Mike and Dennis both did the plumbing work recently at my house and they did a wonderful job. They made things nice, neat and clean. As with cooper sometimes the solder doesn't take quite right and you can develop a leak as you use the new plumbing. I had a couple of leaks and Dennis and Mike were back the next day to address the issue. Dennis and Mike are very professional, down to earth and I would trust them to do any work at my house. When someone asks me if I "Have a guy" for HVAC or Plumbing, I always give them the number to Masters.

After his visit, we noticed our AC wasn't keeping up. We were torn if it was an issue, or just the first hot day and we weren't acclimated to the heat.

The next day we realized the AC had stopped working. We discovered a weather panel left open and a switch that was put back in upsidedown. Once seeded probably and closed the AC worked fine. Really upset that it happened to begin with.

Dennis was on time, friendly and very clear on the items he completed as part of the spring maintenance.

We needed a new geothermal unit and we called Masters. They gave a quote and listed out every thing we needed. After the unit was installed there was an issue with the thermostat not communicating with the unit and Levi Nichols came out the next morning. It was promptly fixed and the heat is working well. The follow up is great. We were notified who the technicians were that came to the house. And you could track how close they were with an estimated arrival time. They are even checking with our utility provider to see if we qualify for a rebate from them. Nice.
