SR Meny Inc - Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

We call them to service our heat pump. They came out the same day and fixed our problem. Where the previous contractor couldn’t get it fixed. The service tech was great.

From the time i called, SR Meny was at my house within 30 minutes. My heat pump lost all power with the temperature outside in the negatives. With fast diagnostics, they were able to restore power and heat our house within a few hours. Very satisfied with the service!

Called DON SCHMIDT this morning at 8AM. These people answered. I said,"I am sorry,I was calling Don Schmidt."
The person on the other end said"Oh,we took over his business a couple of years ago."
I explained that my ductwork was not working properly,that I had my nephew to put new ductwork on,but it was acting up and not allowing the air to get through. She said someone would be with me shortly.
At 2:00 PM,I called back,(because it is Friday,and since I called at 8AM, I did not want to pay weekend after hours rates. She assured me that a technician would be here shortly. At 2:40PM,a guy called,said he would-be here in 15 minutes.
The man came, took a peek under the mobile home, and said I won't be able to work on this it's ductwork. Mind you this is it 255 on a Friday evening. I said you mean to tell me that she didn't tell you it was ductwork?? He said, No.
He said that they will call you back in a little while. I said you realize it's Friday evening at almost 3 o'clock right? He started laughing and walked off.
The person that I spoke to at 8 AM, called me back in about 10 minutes, and in her little whiny voice said, "oh you have ductwork problems??"
I said yes the same ductwork problem I had this morning when I talk to you at 8 AM. I wouldn't take my dog to this place.

This company always goes beyond my expectations. Would recommend to all my family and friends. Excellent
