Victor was quick to respond. When my furnace went out he helped troubleshoot the problem over the phone so I could get back up and running. Then when my A/C unit went out he came the next day to fix the components and even got with tech support to help with the restart issue on the fan and saved me $850. The only reason I knocked a star off was for the price. I know how much these parts actually cost so the labor cost is very high. I understand that you pay for great service and your tech having the knowledge, but $600 an hour was a bit much for my pockets.

Called at 8:00a. Left msg w/service. Ward called in 2 minutes. Was here in 5. Warranty repair at n/c for a part he replaced last year. I appreciate the professionalism, the text reminders of future appointments, that he and his employees are on time, courteous, explain what they do....and do good work. Waiting for a new quote on possible replacement a/c and furnace.

Our AC unit went out last Wednesday (writing this on a Tuesday). We have used Ward’s before so they were our first call. We were on the phone with Vic within an hour of us reaching out. There is no hesitation to help as quickly as they can and Vic explained our options very thoroughly. Since this was an unexpected large expense, we called around to several companies to get quotes and after having around 6/7 quotes by Friday afternoon, Ward’s still beat them all. Dallas came this morning to install our new unit and was very quick, on time, respectful, and even asked permission to bring stuff through the house. I felt very comfortable having them in and out of my home during the install. I could not recommend Ward’s more!! They make it so easy to want to do business with them.

An added bonus is how much they support our local Humane Society, which I am very thankful for.

We had a whole new system put in for air/heat. The guys were fast, courteous, honest, and explained everything they had done. The pricing was better than anywhere else. The financing was so easy and quickly done by the bank. I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Vic was very professional, on time, with great communication. He came right out with the first call & was able to get me taken care of within a few days! Highly recommend!

Vic was great again! Always takes the time to explain what the issue is after investigation. This is the 3rd time for service and can’t say enough about his professionalism. Quick response, great communication, and trustworthy. Can’t ask for anything more. Great job!

Shane was our service man and he did an excellent job..he found a problem that could have been serious and did an excellent job cleaning the outside AC unit..very courteous and friendly..we will be using Wards Heating and Cooling from now on…

Great Team all around! They were able to come help us as our HVAC system stopped working in the middle of a severe snow storm. Sent their A-Team (Thanks Vic!) immediately, assessed the situation, went and got the parts needed and returned same day to get our heat back on. We will be using them from now on, we decided to sign up for their continued maintenance plan so we can catch these issues in the future when it isn't a blizzard outside.

The guys showed up right on time, explained what they were going to do, checked things out, then gave me a complete rundown on what they found and also gave recommendations on ways to improve the system.

Very friendly, very professional, very cool dudes. Any of this type of work that I need done in the future, this company will be the only number that I call.

Vic was FANTASTIC. He came out today on a Sunday and brought a part NOBODY had. He was very honest with us and went above and beyond. I will 100% be using them always now!!
