I came in with an expansion valve that went out and tech found d I had issues with other parts in the front I'm so glad and happy my trailer was repaired and it works like it's brand new... guys thx for giving my trailer car lol u are awesome

I took my trailer last week the said the motherborad is broken , so they didnot fix it and they charged me $750 for just for checking it, the later i found out somewhere it was only a fuse was bad and it cost me only $50 and it took the other place only 10 minutes, guys think towice before u go there becauce they lie lie lie.

No issues. But the guys answering the phone are not very pleasant and I'm pretty sure they hate their jobs. What is it about these midwest states and all these places where people are so miserable. What is so horrible in your life that you spread such negative vibes. Don't worry be happy life is too short smile more:-)

The mechanics must be on commission
Fixed a bunch of stuff i dont need
And still had that same problem
I called them back to complain and they said they didnt have the part to fix me
THEY DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PART BUT STILL BILLED ME $1100.00 AND I STILL HAD SAME PROBLEM

They refused to see my loaded reefer for a repair even though they told my driver to come in one hour prior after he explained the issue. Stay away!

I love the folks who work here, from techs to sales, parts and bosses inside. They’re all friendly and knowledgeable. Always did a great service on my equipment and some techs shared great knowledge while at it. Customers are not allowed in shop area but if they’re working on your equipment outside, some don’t mind you standing somewhere in the corner admiring their work. I’ll admit I’m one of those who like to watch and learn as much as possible when opportunity strikes. Work by them always gives me peace of mind knowing it’s done right and upto factory specs.

Called in asking about a code and if we are able to be seen quick and spoke to Jeff at the service center. An absolutely nice gentleman. I spoke to him few months ago I don’t know if he remembers me but I also called today same professional, kind demeanor.

Couldn’t ask for a better service and a better person to be helped by.
