Barry came immediately after I called to come in and take a look at my system. I knew I was going to need new heating and air as my system was 27 years old. Barry didn’t pressure me at all on which system to go with and I ended up going with the top tier because my unit is in my living room behind a door and it bothered me as to how loud it was. Barry told me about a tax credit incentive if I also got a heat pump and again didn’t make me feel pressured to do so and I decided on that ad well due to the tax credit! They were out within a few days to install my new hvac and Levi was outstanding!! He reworked ducts to make things more practical and aesthetic and did an excellent job! My new system is great! Runs great, quiet and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service they gave me!

Their service repair technician was able to come the same day we called. The technicians were able to confirm what was wrong with our unit rather quickly. This is our third time using BJ Heating and Cooling. We have been pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. And they try to keep our costs down as much as possible. They are great!

BJ Heating and cooling are the best! Our AC had broken down about 3 weeks ago and we knew we needed a brand new unit along with a furnace and thermostat. They responded quickly, Barry came and was very professional, informative, caring and gave us an honest estimate. He scheduled us as quickly as he could. The installers came right on time and were very professional and friendly. They were mindful of keeping the areas they were walking through very clean, you hardly knew they were there when they were done. They finished the install that day and answered any questions we had. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with this company and we highly recommend them!

As always seems to happen, during a 105-degree heat index day, the Bryant HVAC system in one of our rental houses stopped cooling. Needless to say, this type of situation is always a "code red" problem for both us and especially our tenants. We left a message on their answering machine (before office hours) and we promptly received a call-back immediately upon opening at 7:30am. By 9:00am our Service Tech, Bob, was already at work on the compressor and busy diagnosing our problem. At first glance, all the equipment appeared to be in good working order, but the thermostat was displaying a sensor problem so obviously something was amiss. I was really impressed with Bob's customer service and technical expertise - he didn't give up! Soon, Bob was confident he identified the problem and made the necessary repairs to the condenser unit. While he was testing the effectiveness of his repairs by running the unit on "high", Bob rinsed the coils to remove years' worth of junk preventing optimum airflow around the coils. Then he "topped-off" my refrigerant so that everything was in tip-top working order. He even gave our tenants a mini tutorial on how to properly work the thermostat - bonus points! Service Techs like Bob make all the difference in the world, and I appreciate his good work. Give BJ Heating and Cooling a call next time you need HVAC equipment or service, I'm willing to bet you'll have a good experience like we did.

We had issues with our old system and knew we would need a new one. BJ Heating and cooling came out and even sent the owner to do our estimate. He gave us a wonderful system and special deal at fair pricing. Better thing yet is they came out in less than a week and did the install in just about 4 hours and we were up and running. Thank you for the great service and we will happily continue using this company for our HVAC needs!

I have used BJ Heating and Cooling for the past 5 years to service my furnace twice a year. Also used them to install a ductless heating and A/C unit in my 2nd story. They are always professional and prompt. Easy to get an appointment that's convenient for me.

I had a leak from my AC unit coming into my home and was very worried I might be facing a large repair bill. I scheduled an appointment online and received a call in less than 30 minutes. Within an hour I was contacted by Jayson who was already en route. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my issue (clogged condensate drain) and also educate me on how to prevent it from happening again. Fantastic company with fantastic technicians..... I truly couldn't have been more pleased by my service experience with BJ Heating and Cooling.

Barry came out to give me an estimate on new heating and air units. He spent a lot of time explaining the units and cost. He was so nice. I felt like I had known him forever. I felt very comfortable asking him questions about units and purchase. Installers were on time and very courteous and considerate. Were not messy and left my place as clean as when they arrived.

These guys are top notch professionals. I had them install a new blower unit at a very reasonable price - most places would probably recommend switching out everything but they made it work with the rest of my existing system since it was only a few years old. I had a few electrical hiccups due to the previous home owner's wiring setup and they've replaced the thermostat over 4 times and re-wired it several times without charging me extra - they honor their work and warranty with zero hesitation, I respect companies that own up to any errors - they will go above and beyond to make it right. The owner made an effort to prioritize every repair - i usually had them over the next day after a phone call. Every technician is cordial and friendly. I've recommended them to my friends and co-workers every single time. Just incredible service all around.

As always, their technicians are friendly and personable and very professional. They are very efficient and we have been incredibly happy with not only the repair and maintenance but also the new equipment that we have had installed. I would recommend BJ to anyone.
