Land was very responsive and quick to assist with our furnace that went out over the Christmas holiday. The temperatures were very cold. They provided an estimate at 815am and were able to start the replacement of our furnace and AC within the hour. The staff were professional and great to work with. Thank you for your wonderful service! We truly appreciate it!

The tech that came was awesome. Very professional and kind. The service he delivered reminds me of how service used to be. You don’t get service like he delivered anymore. The lady on the phone that called to tell me he was coming out was the same way. Keep it up you guys! Merry Christmas!

Right from the moment that I called Bill I knew that I was going to be taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I sent Bill a few pictures and explained to him what was going on and within a few hours I had an estimate and install date in my email.
There estimate was very reasonable and we decided to go with them because of great service and follow up.
They called the day before the install to confirm the appointment and make sure that all of my questions were answered.
Bill's daughter Kennedy was very helpful in the ordering and scheduling process as well.
On the day of the install Bill (the owner) and his crew showed up on time and went right to work.
The install is very clean and professional and I would highly recommend Land Heating and Air to everyone.

I had to have my furnace and air conditioner replaced and Land Heating & Air Conditioning did an outstanding job in one day. They were the lowest bidder out of the five that I looked into and I got a wonderful Trane high-efficiency system installed.

We are so happy we chose to call LAND heating & air! After buying a new home we had them come out to check our furnace and AC. Grant the service tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. Based on the age of our furnace we decided to purchase a new one. Bill (the owner) and his team did such a great job on installation day. I was worried that removing a furnace would make a huge mess but they ensured there was no mess left behind. The team was very professional and polite. I will always use LAND for all of my HVAC needs!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Seemingly made up a problem to try and get us to replace our furnace. Had 3 other HVAC certified technicians give their opinions and all of them said that there was 0 evidence of what Land's said. Instead of 4 thousand for a new furnace, we have everything working for about 400. To top it off, the reason they were there was to maintain the AC, including cleaning it which they didn't even attempt to do. When we asked for the pictures of their evidence, it took over a month to get one photo that doesn't prove anything. Customer service is talking in circles, owner won't get in touch with us, and they refuse a refund for work they didn't do. Don't bother using them unless you already know you need a new furnace and AC, I hear their financing options are ok.

On time for appointment, quality work, professional and friendly serviceman.

I had a new furnace installed by John and Brad and they did an excellent job. Their attention to detail and quality work was very appreciated. They went the extra mile to make sure my system was correct. They even installed a new electric line when they found problems with the existing. I highly recommend Land Heating & Air Conditioning and if and when I need service they will get my repeat business.

Technician was polite and did his work in a timely fashion. He left the work area clean and neat. Can always trust Land to do a good job.

Had an emergency call that was answered quickly and efficiently by Matt (who remembered us from last year's call - very nice!) The end result was a new furnace - where we were immediately scheduled for the replacement. On replacement day, John and and his crew arrived promptly, were beyond professional and even helped us to repair some furnace-related issues that were installed incorrectly (and dangerously) many years ago. Thanks LAND Heating & Air! We're so thankful!
