Not trust worthy! Central air unit quit blowing cold so husband made appt with them and they told us that the unit was not holding pressure and needed replaced as the freon would cost us half the price of a new unit. We decided to get a second opinion and called our local small business owner and he came right out same day and fixed our unit and it is still working after a week. Flow Tech didn't even give us other options that were obviously available, they just wanted us to spend thounds of dollars on a new unit, when we didn't even spend a thousand on it to be fixed by our local small business owner. Do your research and get a second opinion before trusting what Flow Tech says! We will never use them again, we will stay with our trusty worthy small business owner!

Extremely impressed with entire experience. Jacob was punctual, knowledgeable, explained entire scope of work, gave alternatives, and cleanliness was a priority. I had a water leak inside a slab and it was quite a job to get the problem resolved. I'm VERY thankful to have a good, reliable plumber. Will always call Depew!!

They came in did an excellent job fix my air conditioner and less than an hour was very thorough and explaining what he was doing and what was replaced and had a great smile and attitude these guys are great and excellent I give them a hundred Stars

Very respectful and considerate he explained everything to me before he got started and the price. While he was working he still explained everything. Always will use the company and tell others. Also the lady that answered the phone was very respectful and friendly

we had our ac and heating unit on electric and decided to go with gas and they where able to do the whole job for us and did great it was finished in less then a week. all very friendly and attentive to what we wanted, very satisfied with our unit.

Jacob did a great job and had the job on budget and quick. Easy to use and kept us in the loop the entire time. I would recommend them for any plumbing need.

He got to my house earlier than expected which I appreciated. He was very helpful and gave me good helpful information for future problems.

He installed in December and came for maintenance today

Excellent service, these folks can be relied upon to do the job and do it right! I have to update this review to include a very bad experience I had with DePew. They sent two men on a one-man job. I was there the entire time, and when I told the owner about this he wouldn't even talk with them about it. He just said "no that's what the bill is". So, I paid it. But I'll never let them do work for me again.

Over the past ten years this company has provided prompt and professional service for both heating and plumbing. Anne was especially helpful. She always seemed concerned about the problem and arranged to send the technician as soon as possible.
