This company is great! They are on time and know what they are doing!! Had my furnace replaced after twenty years. Two men came out and had it done in six hours with no breaks. Very professional and respectful of my house. They cleaned everything up before they left. My new furnace works great and I’m very pleased. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!! Louie was great! On time, professional, personable and efficient. He assessed our situation and gave us detailed information and options in under an hour. Luckily our home warranty will take care of replacing our water heater, but hopefully A+ and Louie will be back out to install the new one!

We called A+ to come roto rooter our tub drain and had my father at the house when they arrived. Work was completed and $170 paid. The next day my tub is still not draining. Call them back out and my father calls to let me know they have to roto rooter it. Excuse me? That’s what we requested the first time. That’s when I find out the tech poured chemicals down the drain the first time and it didn’t work so now he wants to charge me to roto rooter it. I obviously objected to the charge, to which the tech said he wouldn’t charge a service fee this time. Really? I shouldn’t be charged at all! The tech took a $170 gamble with my money and when it didn’t work, wanted to charge me again for the service I actually requested!!! I’ve spoken to another plumber since then and he said 99% of tub clogs require a rotor rooter due to hair. This is what I requested and not what I got. Charged over $300 total for something that should have cost half. The second time he came, he also soaked my bath rug and left muddy foot prints all over the floor. Not professional and thieves if you ask me. I get this may just be the tech we got, but he represents your business and is doing it poorly.

Shawn and Arden did a fantastic job servicing our home. They arrived on time, and consolidated several repairs into one visit, including a new toilet installation, toilet and drain unclogging, faucet leak repair, and valve replacement (a problem I didn’t know we had and was glad they alerted me to without giving off a vibe of trying to sell or scam me into something, as we experienced with the Home Comfort company). Two honest guys doing good honest work. 100 percent recommend. Thank you!

Following my hook-up to city water this past summer, using A+, I chose to call them to hook up my new gas dryer. I needed an extension of the gas pipe, and new valve installation. The call was handled within 72 hours of my request, in which timing was not emergent. One of the reasons I have continued to use A+ is that they have gone out of the way to work with me, with scheduling. The techs are great, and have always gone the extra step, and have always taken the time to explain, when questioned, which I appreciate. They have earned my business.

Techs are friendly, quick, and efficient. They've done work for me a few times, and this last time was my hot water tank. They showed me the issue and were quick to replace it.

I contacted this company to do some minor repairs at my house.
I had used them previously to do heating and plumbing in a pole barn horse barn and riding arena.
Had them look at a vanity faucet that had corrosion around the joints. Technician said he thought it was a metal to metal reaction in the faucet. Didn't do anything, didn't fix anything and they charged me $43.00 for that "diagnosis".
Walked to the master bedroom and looked at a jet on a whirlpool tub. Took a picture of it. Didn't do anything, didn't fix anything and charged me $89.00 for that "diagnosis".
Had them repair a broken vent pipe on the horse barn that had broke due to sliding snow load. Charged me $355.00 for that.
Total bill $487.00 for several feet of PVC pipe and a total of 1.5 hours of time. That price should of at least covered some lube.

We love using A+ plumbing & heating! Always very responsive and attentive! Did a fantastic job with installation of furnace and A/C!!

Miguel has helped us with various electrical jobs including installing outlets, repairing wiring, and replacing a ballast. He is an excellent electrician and has always been very courteous and professional.

Have used this company a couple times so far and they have always been great! Thanks Tavris and Arden for fixing my outside faucet that another company couldnt seem to do correctly! Will be calling this company again!
