I was thrilled to get home from work and find it nice and cool in my home. I didn't meet the installation guys because I was at work, but I spoke with one of them, and he was very friendly and professional. Also, they left all areas in which they worked very tidy. Brantley and Blake serviced my HVAC system. I signed up for the yearly maintenance. They both were very professional, nice and knowledgeable. Now I have my heating and air and plumbing all in one and when/if something happens I know who to contact. My outside system looks new again. They checked inside unit also. I was very happy with them.

Very professional, polite, and great service. Highly recommend. Eric was quick and efficient. I'm not sure if they have other repairmen, but I strongly suggest asking for him directly if possible.
Our furnace wasn't working properly due to a ineffective sequencer and burnt wire. They initially came to diagnose it and successfully did so in a timely manner, this trip was even better as he replaced the sequencer and wire, and was done in less than 20 minutes. Customer service with scheduling and the actual plumbers that came was actually 5 stars. Company came highly recommended. But We had a VERY simple fix. Guys were at my house for about 20 minutes and had to install a $40 part but I was charged almost $700 because of their fee schedule. Ask for pricing before you schedule!

Fantastic experience. You can tell when a company is trying to work with you versus one that is trying to get every dollar out of you that they can. These guy's were skilled, knowledgeable AND worked with us and didn't try to gouge us for everything they could. Will be the only call I make in the future for plumbing issues. Many thanks.
