Keck's Plumbing, Heating & A/C

Back in 2020, LaCasa/Aaron Lehman (Help-A-House program) hired Keck’s to replace a water heater and repair a toilet that kept running.

The cost of replacing the water heater with the same type/size increased without explanation. I requested an itemized bill from both Keck’s an Project manager Aaron Lehman, but never received one. After installing the water heater, it wasn’t turned on. Someone had to come at 8 pm to get it working.

They were, also, supposed to repair a leaky, running toilet. Within 24hrs of “fixing it”, the problem returned. After fixing it a 2nd time, and the problem returning a month later (at the cost of a $300 water bill) we just quit using that bathroom all together. When I tried to get a hold of someone at Keck’s or LaCasa, no one returned any of my calls. Just a bad experience on so many levels.. Disappointing

Very helpful! Got me exactly what I needed. Was very price conscious. If your looking for someone who knows what there doing and wont price gouge you then, Keck plumbing, heating, and A/C is who you are looking for!
