A+ Derr Heating & Cooling

During a recent storm we lost our AC unit and Nick with A+ Derr was quick to help. He and Jake were great to work with as we decided what replacement we wanted to make. They were thorough in giving us our options. We never felt pressured to make a decision quickly. They allowed us the time to review our options. Installation was done quickly and we definitely would recommend A* Derr. I also want to say they cleaned everything up wonderfully. All he employees we dealt with were friendly and professional!

Ryan showed up the same day, right on time. He thoroughly explained everything and discussed all our options. He also found us the best price!! After servicing our furnace and determining we needed a new one, Ryan was able to set up installation the very next day!

Nick and the crew were on time, professional, friendly, and flat knocked it out! James was very informative walked me through the process and came thru in a timely fashion. 10/10 would recommend!

I called this morning and Cole was able to come out within an hour. He was very nice and took the time to explain everything. He was professional, respectful of my home, and great with my dogs. Another employee (Nick) brought the part right over and Cole was able to get started right away. From the first call in to the lady in the office to Cole and Nick (I hope that name is correct), I felt that this company really cared about me as a customer. Kudos A+Derr! Fantastic job.

Had a little issue with getting a call back at first, but once they actually came out to the house Shawn was amazing! He was fast, informative, and very kind. He was even nice to my cat :). Couldn’t have asked for better service.

They changed out the filters for me and did an inspection of my AC unit.
Eli James called me before my service appointment letting me know that he was on his way. I so appreciate that, that way you are prepared for them when they arrive. He was so kind, he explained what he was going to do. When he was finished, he took the time to see if I had any questions or concerns. He was very through and knowledgeable.

This was a great experience from James who gave estimate to cole the installer Our ac had stopped working James came on a Saturday afternoon gave estimate even offered to lend us window unit all the other companies I called Friday afternoon wanted to put us on a waiting list called a+deer Saturday had a new air conditioner furnace and hot water heater Monday evening Cole worked all day with out stopping. You honestly get what you pay for

I called A Plus Derr last winter to check on my heater and make sure it was running properly (I thought it was making a funny noise). Turns out the problem was my water heater, not my furnace. I was not ready to purchase a new water heater right before Christmas, so I called A plus Derr back recently and within an hour the technician that I had spoken with months ago called me back and said he would be at my home that afternoon. Three days later, and our new tankless water heater is installed and we could not be happier with the process from start to finish. Everyone at a plus Derr takes the time to explain things and answer any and all questions. Definitely go with a plus Derr, they are highly professional, experienced, and customer-focused!!

Danny was on time and personable. He arrived and went straight to work and was very efficient and thorough on fixing my AC in a timely manner. I would recommend him to others needing heating and cooling work done in their homes. Superb and overall outstanding service. Thank you.
