Had a quote performed today on a new furnace and air conditioning unit. I knew the pricing would be high and as expected when receiving the quote, it is on the high side. However the gentleman Kenny that came was absolutely fantastic. He was on time and ready to get started. He had great energy for 8:30 in the morning. Took his time to explain the issues. Took his time to evaluate what was needed. If anyone decides to go with All Temp I would certainly give Kemmy an endorsement to perform the work.

I could not be more satisfied with the process of securing my replacement furnace / air conditioner system from All Temp. The installation crew along with Mike the owner were respectful, answered all questions I had and completed the work in one day.
After contacting 5 local heating and air conditioning contractors I chose All Temp because of the product they install and their careful quoting process to make sure I purchased a system that would meet my heating and air conditioning needs for the next several years. Thus far the system has performed well and even in our recent extreme high temperatures the air conditioning cools effectively (+/- 1 degree) and keeps up without running constantly. Thanks Mike.

Spoke to multiple AC companies this spring to replace our ancient AC unit. All Temp was by far the most professional that we spoke with and we felt very comfortable choosing them. On the day of install the guys were very professional and answered every question I had. The owner even came out in the morning to make sure everything was ready and that I was comfortable. One tech even helped me set up the app for our new thermostat. They made sure everything was working perfectly before they left for the day.

Unit has been great since we got it. Thought there was a leak shortly after it was installed and they rushed out immediately to make sure everything was ok (turns out it was just some tape falling off on one of the pipes). They also scheduled a follow up visit about a month after to help go over general maintenance tips and clean the unit. Also helped us submit a rebate for the thermostat.

Long story short All Temp has gone above and beyond to help two new home owners feel comfortable with the whole process. The customer service has been perfect! Will absolutely recommend them to everyone we know!

Called my regular hvac company in December 2018 when my furnace was not working right after my knee replacement. They told me the earliest appointment was in mid January. After other calls, All Temp came out the next day. Got the furnace fixed and at a reasonable price. Kirk the technician was excellent. I will be calling them for future services.

Our furnace and A/c were over 30 years old and terribly inefficient. I got a few quotes and chose All Temp. They installed a system for me 5 years ago in a rental property and was happy with that purchase, so we went with them again. Installation was very professional and we are thrilled with the equipment (so quiet!). No hesitation in recommending All Temp.

Had problems with furnace a few weeks ago and had a different company out who got it working for a few days, but a few days later I noticed it was working off and on sometimes burners lit up and heat came out sometimes they didn't and it blew out cold air. Well I wake up this morning to a 50 degree thermostat and I am frozen! I called here because I saw they where open today (Saturday) and my normal repair place wasn't and Mike answered the phone was very nice explained the fee and was here in about a hour! He explained everything perfectly and showed me where my short was and changed the part in about 30 minutes, I could not have been happier with the service or his knowledge! Now my house is 72 and I am happy watching the ND basketball game in a warm house. I recommend them highly and will use them again!

Contacted them for inspection, was told they are not licensed in Michigan (odd since they are a border business.)
Their response was for me to obtain a permit.

Now, I'm not a smart man... but... they provided nothing else other than "obtain a permit" with no further guidance or instructions.

If from Michigan... ignore them. if from indy, good luck. they are quite silly.

So pleased with All Temp Heating and Cooling. They were very professional and very reasonably priced. Not so easy to find a repair business that values honesty. I will recommend them to all my friends and relatives.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Had issues with the flame sensor; Kirk was at our house the next afternoon and fixed it quickly, efficiently, and in a friendly manner. All Temp is a must-call for heating and cooling needs.

Received prompt service on a Sunday that fixed my AC. Although the service fee was high, it was expected on a weekend. But the charge for parts was exorbitant; price for a common 12783 capacitor was 6 times the price for the part over the counter. I call that predatory pricing.
