I had the pleasure of working with Rachel to get me the fixtures needed for my bathroom remodel. They have a great showroom and were very knowledgable to the different features and products that they offer. I did most of the work myself but they also recommended a few plumbers to me to help me with the install. Since then I have come back a couple times to buy fixtures and parts for other projects - much higher quality stuff here than the big box stores.

I don't believe that this place is open to the public. I was quoted just over $800 for a Zoeller sewage pump. The quote showed an additional $35 freight charge. I was able to order literally the same pump, elsewhere, for less than half. Free shipping. SAME PUMP. Would've loved to shop local, but I can't afford a 100% markup.

I have not one not two but three OA Smith water heaters in my basement because they fail before even three years out of the six year warranty just sitting there
