Valencia Emergency HVAC Repair South Bend

My furnace went out and I had someone come out to repair it. Couldn’t get the part until Monday. So I was calling around to find out if someone who get it done sooner. I call this person and explain that I have a Ducan furnace and that it’s the pressure switch. He rudely continued to ask the brand and I continued to say Ducane. He asked where I live and I told him. All he said is “I’m in south bend”. Like okay, I realize that. It’s on the google page. It’s only a twenty minute drive. He said I can’t come out until tomorrow (Sunday). I asked if the part he had would work with what I have and he laughed and said that “generally”. Okay.. still interested in having heat in my house so I let the lack of professionalism slide again. He then proceed to literally LAUGH and told me that “it will be expensive because tomorrow is Sunday and that’s double time”. I would freeze to death before paying such and arrogant and unprofessional “business” to fix it. I wasn’t worried about the money, I’m a home owner and I am financially prepared for emergencies. What I am not prepared for is to trust someone like this to work on anything in my home.
