    Boone Heating and Cooling is the real deal. *Not a paid spokesman* Real customer

    Had issues with contractor assigned via Home Warranty so I called Boone for a new Heat Pump/Air handler install When my contractor ghosted me for 2 weeks. 2 weeks no HEAT OR A/C.

    Mike called, worked up a quote, came over to house to review and signed and had it installed 2 days after signing contract. THATS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS !

    Great unit, great people, great service! That’s the Boone way!

    We had to replace our furnace & AC, and took the opportunity to balance the temperature in our home at the same time. Mike & the team converted us to a dual zone, and then adjusted each vent to make sure everything was perfect. I was thrilled with the clear and timely communication with the admin side of things, and couldn’t have been happier with the service in our home. Boone Heating & Cooling was considerably more affordable than other quotes, and the product and quality of work was fantastic.

    When I arrived home at 1 in the morning, from the ER after being dehydrated while pregnant, I noticed my AC was out. After waiting for my rental company to send someone out (which they never did), it was now early evening and the temperature in my house was 79°. I contacted Boone Heating and Cooling and they sent someone out very fast, and the employee found the issue and fixed it within 15 minutes! He was very knowledgeable and gave us some tips about our filter that I would not have known about. Such a fast, friendly, and amazing service! THANK YOU!!

    If I could give more stars, I would! Every single member of this team is amazing. They are knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, and TRUSHTWORTHY!

    My AC went out in the dead of summer. I just happened to call Boone Heating and Cooling after seeing them online and reading their reviews. I knew from the minute I spoke to Katie, that I was in the right hands. She genuinely cared about my situation and sent Mike and Harpender out to help me as quickly as she could. I ended up needing a new AC unit, and they worked with my warranty company to get this done as quickly as they could. I was so impressed by their guidance and they never tried to sell me a unit or upgrade that I didn't need.

    Unfortunately, my furnace also went out just a few months later in the middle of winter. I definitely called the Boone team again, and I had the same amazing experience! Katie went to action and Mike and Harpender came out as soon as they could to install a new furnace.

    I am so thankful for Boone Heating and Cooling and their awesome company. It is refreshing to know that there are still companies like this still out there!

    I had A/C services done on house for $684 it barely worked, in 5 days it crashed again. Invited a different SME who advised on a different diagnostic and solution and was very skeptical of services diagnosed & charged and billed by Boone HVAC. A very different diagnosis and repair with much lesser charges solved the issues. Would not be using them again.

    they direct wired my heat pump on 11/23 when they were trying to find the problem. They forgot to undue it so my heat pump ran 24/7 until the weather broke on 3/5. I turned the system off. That's when I discovered I had a problem. I have had $1000 in light bills since. They will not take responsibility for this. In fact, they think because I am a female they can just get over on me. Don't trust their service. I checked, they have only been in business 3 years. With the service they provided I don't see them being in business long!!!

    I was put into contact with Boone Heating & Cooling via the home warranty company that I purchased a home warranty from. I submitted a request for service on Sunday evening and by Monday morning, I was contacted by Boone Heating & Cooling's office for scheduling. A technician was scheduled to be at my house between 11am-2pm and I was told the technician would call when in route. Harpinder, the technician assigned to my home, called when he was 10 minutes away and was on time - arriving around 12:45pm.

    Harpinder took an in depth look at my furnace, which was intermittently working and shutting off without warning. Harpinder found a flame sensor which was bad and needed replaced along with an error code relating to the exhaust from my furnace system.

    He resolved all of the issues above and assured me that all was working as designed upon making a few minor repairs.

    I look forward to working with Boone Heating & Cooling in the future! Five star experience - would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reputable HVAC service company.

    Submitted a request to contact at 10pm and they called me the next morning by 8am. Had a tech at my house by 9am. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Had our AC back up and running in less than an hour and then went ahead and checked the rest of the system.

    We had someone from another company come out the night before who told us we needed to replace the entire unit. Was a huge relief that the Boone tech was able to show us what the issue was and get it fixed for just the cost of the service visit and a $50 part.

    I had BH&C replace our outside unit earlier this winter. They did a great job. A couple of weeks later by pure coincidence, a part in our inside unit failed as well, though due to the timing at the time I thought it was due to something they did; this turned out to not be the case. When the inside unit failed it was 0330 in the morning and below freezing outside. When I called their emergency line, Mike came out within a half hour and it was fixed for a very cheap rate within another hour. I was a bit crabby at first because I thought it must have been something they did during the first service that failed, but Mike was very professional, polite, and pleasant nonetheless. Consummate professional. Highly recommend for their prices, skill, communication, and professionalism.
