Bettendorf Heating and Air Conditioning

After our home warranty said they wouldn’t cover anything, I called a few local places to get an AC replacement. Bettendorf Heating was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable! as a new homeowner this was such a huge fix to deal with and they made it such an easy process. I couldn’t thank them more!

I have had nothing but problems with my furnace since I bought my house in March 2021. Bettendorf Heating and Air were very helpful and willing to put in a new furnace for me. My experience was amazing- from the ladies on the phone, to the men who did the labor. I will ALWAYS do business with them.

Our furnace stopped working and these guys were on it! We were given an estimate the day I called and the furnace was installed the morning after I gave the approval. It only took a few hours and we were back to being warm. I really liked that they didn’t try to try to sell me on something I did not need. They gave me 2 options, which I appreciated, answered all of questions and gave me some pointers. Job well done. I really appreciate it.

I want to thank Bettendorf Heating & A/C for cleaning my A/C Unit , my house felt very humid. I was changing my filter on a regular, and my furnace and AC unit are brand new installed in 2021. However the outside unit was very clogged and dirty so they got it nice and clean for me now no issues.
They also install a Wi-Fi  thermostat, and they installed a new thing that is out called the iWave-R it helps with reducing odors (cooking, pet, VOCs), as well as other particles (no more sunbeams) in the air. If you have Bad allergies or allergic to animal hair and dust definitely recommend getting one 100% don’t waste your money and get one for just one room. It hooks up to your whole house you Will not be disappointed!

They did an amazing job, the technician was in and out very fast and very professional. They are the best in town, been in business since 1965 definitely recommend!

First 100 degree day, every HVAC service company swamped, or short staffed. And these guys went right out to my folks place at 730 pm and replaced a bad fuse in their AC unit. My parents have an array of health conditions and it was 85 degrees in their home. Lance was very professional and work was done efficiently, and reliably. I wouldn't hesitate to call again. Wonderful customer service when you call. The technicians are amazing, and friendly. I'll be using them for everything! So happy I found them! I found them through other peoples reviews and so happy I went with them. They are reasonably priced! They fixed my heater and now my house is warm again! They came out in a timely manner. Which is wonderful since my house was at 50 degrees.

My while experience with this company was great. The office staff returned my call promptly after I had inquired from the website. Then my technician Lance was on time, very thorough, and took time to educate and explain to me what the problem was. When I needed something on a weekend they returned my call and helped me find a solution that was inexpensive and reasonable. I appreciate these guys and will use them again!
