I called to have someone come to my house to give me a quote. The office lady was pleasant on the phone. That is about the best thing I can say about the company. I had an appointment with Carter, who showed up 30 minutes late. He was cocky and unprofessional to say the least. He told me I wouldn't even receive my quote for a couple weeks and that there's no way I'd get another plumber to do the work within a month anyway. I don't know how their pricing is, but I will not be using him due to how unprofessional he was.

A leak at our main in the house meant replacing the galvanized pipe to the yard and then the street. Aaron offered a fair estimate and had us scheduled for work to be done in less than two weeks. The crew that came were very professional, and they worked to get the job done in exactly the time they said it would take - 2 days. Chris and Jeremiah did an awesome job to our satisfaction. I would recommend them for work again.

Asked for some a/c work to be done. Carter came out to the house to look it over and seemed very confused as to what he needed to do. Didnt have much to say except I'll get back to you. Had to repeatly call their service manager for status. Very very slow to get back to me. The price came to 3 times another service company, I'm assuming they just didnt know what they were doing. I would stay away from this company. They're very green in my opinion. Go with a more established company with actual trained professionals. I cant comment on the work done since theres no way I was gonna pay them what they wanted.

Had a failing hot water heater replaced. Top notch service from the get go. We couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend Hometown.

They have terrible customer service and will charge you to come back for the same issue a day later!!! This isn't the first time I've had problems with them, Deleting there # permanently!!!
