you recently installed a new furnace and air conditioner. I wanted to let you know that Lucas and Tim did a great job. They were very friendly and courteous. I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from Heartland. Marc arrived on time and gave me an estimate. I accepted the price and units he recommend. The installers arrived, on time. Marc and his crew were very professional. I felt confident I made the right choice with Heartland Heating and Cooling. I couldn't ask for better service and a reasonable price!

I had a furance/a/c replaced. Heartland H/C was excellent. Full unit replacement with in a few days. Very professional, fair price, and excellent customer service. All associates from the service call in, estimate, installation team, and follow up were absolutely excellent! I have always had good service from them, and this time was no different. Absolutely above and beyond!

In June I replaced my air conditioner and furnace through Heartland Heating & Cooling. Everything related to this replacement went very well. HHC did a great job & all personnel were professional & pleasant.

My A/C was not working and Heartland sent Trevor T. out the same day to diagnose my problem. He was very friendly and professional and got my problems fixed quickly. Highly recommend.

They soaked me. Don't use this guy. Go somewhere else. My AC unit stopped cooling 3 years after I purchased it form them brand new. $3,500. I was told that the coil was leaking Freon. They tested the coil and said they couldn't find the leak. I asked them to replace it under warranty and they said they couldn't until they tested it with a dye and checked it again. I paid over $100 for the dye. Heartland came back a couple weeks later to look for the leak, and still could not find it. I asked them to replace it under warranty and they said they had to wait and see if the Freon pressure dropped. Later that summer, they came back and told me that the system was holding pressure. The next summer, our AC didn't work. Heartland came out and it was low on Freon. I asked them to warranty out the coil, and I was told that the warranty had expired. They don't even deserve 1 star but it was as low as I could go.

Trevor was on time, very professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer questions I had about general maintenance, along with how to efficiently operate my heating/cooling equipment.

my wife and I returned from a Christmas trip to California, and found that the heat wasn't working in our home. I got the furnace to come on, but it was still 50 degrees. The furnace kicked off again, so I called Heartland a couple of days later. They came out the next morning, and fixed our furnace with a new part. Since we had 10 year old thermostat controllers, we decided that is was time to install new wi-fi- enabled units . Heartland came out and installed new thermostats', and filed the paper work for our Mid American rebates. I could not be any happier with their service and follow up. Well done, Heartland!! 5 stars all around. vjs
