Our central air stopped working this morning and we were looking for a fast fix due to heat advisory. We called 7 different heating and cooling agencies, who all said 4-5 day wait. My 8th call was to Andrew, he said “Not to worry ma’am, I can be there in 3 hours.” Indeed he was and had us back up and running within an hour! Andrew was fast, friendly, and efficient. I will never be calling those 7 again, Air Support will be my only call from now on! Thank you so much 😊😊🙌🙌
I have been using Andrew Vanfleet as my heating and air professional for many years. Recently my 15 year old Carrier got a leak and after many hours of discussion we decided to upgrade to a more efficient system. Andrew took the time to walk through the options and show the difference between one system and another. As of today we now have a brand new 17 SEAR AC and Heater from TRANE and we could not be happier. We had over 9 different quotes from different companies and although other companies had some less expensive systems, my own research and with the help of Andrews many years of experience we opted for a system that would last and was made of quality parts from hear in the US. Andrew also replaced our 32 year old Water heater at the same time. While performing all these tasks he took his time to make the closet more functional by moving the water pipes and gas lines to make it look nicer. I have posted a picture to show the awesome work he did. Cannot speak higher of him as a professional.
Andrew is absolutely the best! 3 1/2 years ago after the 10 inches of rain in 2 hours, I called Andrew to help with our AC unit, which was needing to be raised up off the ground. He was prompt, informative, and did just what we (he and I) decided we needed at the time. This past summer, our AC was not cooling properly, called him, he was prompt in his arrival, we discussed again what was the best option for us, and again, he corrected our issue for the lowest possible cost and best outcome. Today, in the middle of winter, our whole home humidifier was not working properly. I called Andrew, he immediately answered the call, and we discussed what probably was the issue. He informed me what I could try and do to remedy the issue, and Voila!!, it was a simple fix that he explained how to do. He certainly could have scheduled a visit, but no, he said try this, I did, and it worked! No doubt I will continue to utilize Andrew at Air Support for any future HVAC issues, and will continue to refer him to family and friends that need the same. Andrew is committed to helping you in the best possible way, for the best value you can get. I am a firm believer you get what you pay for, and Andrew is worth every dollar I have paid him over the years, (and not paid when he is able to talk/walk you through something you can do for yourself)! Andrew is definitely worth the call if you have an issue regarding heating/cooling/humidifier, etc.!
Knowledgeable and experienced. Andrew is honest and gives you pointers on how to maintenance your air conditioner to keep it running so that you never have to call an air conditioner repair man again. My wifi thermostat quit working and the replacement would have been $600. But he gave me another more affordable option of a basic thermostat at $149 that I was happy with.

Andrew answered my call after hours and was at my home diagnosing the AC issue (condenser and fan not running) within an hour. He replaced the capacitor and had our AC running in short order and for a reasonable price. We were billed for a diagnostic fee, one hour of labor, and the part (capacitor). While he had a fan motor available, he explained we did not need to replace it. My family was able to sleep well on a hot, humid night! I will definitely call Andrew for future HVAC needs.

I was completely satisfied! I called Andrew first thing. I was highly impressed with his work. In the fall, I'm going to hire him to check my furnace and my air conditioner in spring. Had an air flow issue in the condo we bought. Andrew came to diagnose the issue. Was professional, on time, and explained everything. We had other AC specialist come to a look before who would have charged triple what Air Support charged and they didn't seem to care. Andrew fixed what was there instead of replacing saving much time and money. Any future issues Andrew will be the only one I will trust.
Andrew provided the best contractor experience we've ever had. Great communicator, on time, on budget, clean install, great follow up to ensure everything was working as we expected. Didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary fixes. Great guy, great company!

We called Air Support and talked to Andrew around 7 am and he was at our place by 9 and done with the repair by 11. This includes the time spent on diagnostics and buying a motor (burnt motor was the culprit). Andrew was very professional, knowledgeable and even took the time to explain things. I would definitely recommend their services. They will not overcharge you and you can be rest assured that you will receive quality service.
