Very impressed with Schaal. Sales guy "Chris" ... Very helpful and explains thins in plain, simple and straight to the point with no bull. Install Techs "Travis" and "Chris" did an excellent job. Two of them were ripped out the old Lennox and put in the American Standard in what seemed like no time flat. They tested everything and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Schaal.

Update: after the service manager got a hold of me, he himself came out and remedied the issues that I had. It’s sad. I had to resort to this I’m not one to complain except for when things are wrong. I’ve updated my star rating for them because he actually came took his time and did everything right. Thanks for doing a standup job.

Hired them to replace a water heater. There was a new apprentice learning the job, which is fine. Everybody has to learn. But as a construction manager, I asked them to make sure that they shimmed it to make it level and that really did not happen. I like to be thorough and have things plum level in Square. This is definitely not level. Also, it would’ve been nice if they had cleaned up.

Graham and Marcus were great! They were polite, professional and showed good craftsmanship. They installed a new carrier full system and it looks/performs great. Highly recommend!

Jacob and Gage replaced my furnace and AC in my mobile home. I am very pleased with the service they provided. They introduced themselves, then asked me to show them where everything is located, so they could get to work on removing the old system. Jacob kept me informed if there were issues with anything. I greatly appreciate how both Jacob and Gage made sure to cover their shoes so as not to drag dirt inside. The carpet was protected with runners, in addition. I really appreciate the respect that was given on keeping things clean and neat during and after the installation process. A mobile home can definitely be a challenge from the standpoint of space, but Jacob handled it quite well. He walked me through after installation and trial, explaining things I need to know. He gladly answered any questions I had. Jacob gets an A+ rating in my opinion!!! 👏

Matt was very friendly, knowledgeable and offered good advice. He left his card and told me to call with any questions which I really appreciate. I’m not happy about the fact I just put in a new furnace and a/c less than three years ago and now having to pay for service to install a new thermostat but Matt was very professional.

My AC went out. I called in and spoke with a super nice, down to earth lady. I was put on a list and was contacted the next night. I work from home and can't always keep a good eye on the door so the tracker was very helpful. Kyle was very kind, got the job done quick, and also educated me on my new house.

Spencer was awesome! He showed up on time, was very professional, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and was just overall very knowledgeable and friendly! I didn’t catch the name of the other gentleman with him, but I would say the same for him as well! I wouldn’t have trusted anyone but Schaal with the job!

Jason did a great job. He explained everything and went over pricing before starting the work. He was friendly and honest. I had asked him how long he had been a plumber and he was telling me he started out at a different company but changed to Schaal because of how well they treat their employees. Great to hear Schaal takes care of their employees because that is important to me. He fixed my tub faucet water pressure and replaced my outdoor faucet. They both work awesome now.
