Dave Stepp Heating & Air Conditioning

So I am thinking my AC going out on July 4th weekend might be the worst timing ever but what can you do. Start calling around to be greeted with either voice mails or the 'we will call you back'
Last night wasn't the worst night to have it out but then get a call at 8.15 from Stepp asking me if he could stop by, this happens, he realizes we need a new wheel and by 10.30 this morning they are back and have my AC back up and working.
I can't emphasize enough how impressed I was with the overall service and how quickly they had me back up and running. As a side note, I had to ask if the invoice was correct as I thought it should have been more.

It is hot right now and our AC decided to stop working. I called around and Dave was able to come the soonest. He came out to the house and had it diagnosed AND repaired within 10 minutes. Turns out it was a blown capacitor and he had the part with him.

We had a wonderful experience with Dave. He came out and filled our Freon days before anyone else could - even showing up after hours to get us taken care of (for significantly less than Davis Heating & Air quoted).

He determined we had a leak and needed to replace our entire AC system. His prices were reasonable, offered prompt service, and unit included a 10-year warranty. He and his helper had the entire system installed and working in just over an hour.

Dave came over within 30 minutes to diagnose a furnace that stopped working. Another company had declared the furnace beyond repair and quoted a steep sum of money to replace the furnace and AC unit while they were at it. Dave fixed the issue in 20 minutes, and told me that if I was in a hurry to spend money, he could replace the unit for 2/3 the other quote. Glad I got a second opinion. Thank you!

Dave is professional, courteous and friendly. Very prompt and diagnosed the problem immediately. Had me up and running within 10 minutes. Reasonable fee too. Was a lifesaver in this heat and I highly recommend!

Dave was able to work me in 20 minutes after we spoke on the phone as he was leaving another job. He was very professional and efficient. He repaired my Lennox furnace which was not coming on and had a small water leak. During the repair he found a bad gas control valve also that was unknown to me, but a hazard. He saved me a bunch on the water leak (a known issue with these furnaces) by fabricating the solution onsite as opposed to the part the company sells. Highly knowledgeable and explained everything. I felt like he also was very cognizant of cost and wanted to supply best quality and value for me. Thanks Dave!
