    Terrible communication; took them over a year to install a furnace; no return calls; no reason; finally when they DID show up, the furnace was making terrible noises; barely functioning; called them; mind you WHILE THEY WERE STILL IN THE DRIVEWAY only to be told CAN'T GET TO IT RIGHT NOW.. Also the bill was several hundred dollars over the estimate; again no reason.. Unsure why they're still in business..
