We have been using Ball For years. Our furnace stopped working properly during the night. I called the next morning and they had someone out that day. Tim was our technician. We have had Tim as our technician several times and he is great. Professional and very nice! Thanks for being there for us Ball!

Professional service. Arrived when they said they would and completed job in a timely manner. Couldn't tell they had been there as the clean up was very thorough. Ball services 4 of our properties and we feel confident they will be there for us when we ok need them,. Service team of Danny, Bill, Amanda and Mykel were very helpful with installing a new hvac ok I'll system and thoroughly explaining the system to us. Process was efficiently done and we were told to call if we have any problems. We appreciate all the advice we were given and will call when a problem occurs. Would highly recommend Ball ac. They do excellent work.

My air conditioning went out after hours with the outside temperature was 97. I placed the call at 5:30 PM and Jim was at my house at 7:30. He came in and quickly found the problem, resolved it, and checked the entire system. I was surprised that the total cost was as little as it was being that it was after hours. I have used Ball for 6 years now, and I have never had an issue with them. I will definitely call them in the future, and they will be putting my next system in when the time comes.

I called for a maintenance check and cleaning. Ryan did a very thorough job that took over 3 hours. He gave me good advice and even washed the indoor grill and told me a better choice for filters for the system. I was so pleased that I signed up for twice a year check-ups.

Called Ball's for service on my Lennox furnace, explained the error message on pressure switch, also said I can get the Furnace to run about 2 weejs , then same error message occurs. Since I was leaving town for a month, (just before this huge cold spell) I wanted it checked out. They came out (same day) cleaned exhaust portion, did tune up, were there less than 45 mintues. 2 weeks later, while gone, my friend stopped by to check on house and heater was not working. Temp was 46. Called Ball's to come back out. I told service person we were getting same error code. After further conversation they never checked pressure switch 1st visit. When they were there second time, said it was pressure switch, but could not get part for a week. I asked if I should call a certified Lennox dealer. They said it was up to me. Called local Lennox repair company, (Finnix) They came out (same day) checked pressure switch, said it was fine. He said he recycled it several times. He thinks it computer board. He blew out everything, thinks what he did will take care of it. He said they have parts if needed, but I should see what happens to see if it continues, since computerboard is several hundred dollars to replace. Charged me $84. Ball's 2nd bill was $114, plus claimed the switch was bad. I asked for a reduction of the second bill but was refused. Very disappointed, either unknowledgable service tech or he wasn't honest with me.
