Waldorf-Riley Heating and Cooling

Today was install day of new HVAC system. Team showed up promply on time and from start to finish it took about 7 hours, including hauling away the old units. They were very professional and informative when we had questions. Longevity of a business is why we chose them and the price seemed to fit the general quotes/estimates from google. I will also add that they were very cautious about not letting any of our animals escape while they were entering and exiting our home, which was very nice of them.

The young man that came out this morning were on time. They were courteous and I would recommend Waldorf and Riley for their heating and air. They they're already done and I actually really enjoyed just talking to him as they worked. Good job God b Bless now I push.

I used Waldorf-Riley to install a new HVAC system on our building addition. They were prompt, professional, and did an outstanding job. I have used them in the past on another property I own for maintenance and have been very pleased. I would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future!

I had a tech come out to repair my heating unit. He discovered a faulty part and replaced it. Less than a week later it continued doing the same thing. Had a different tech come out and replace the faulty part. When testing the new part it still didn't work properly. He instructed us to just tap on the electrical part if it continued to not work properly (because it's electrical and sometimes sticks). Not sure if I would call that fixing it, but oh well. Woke up on 22 Dec 2022 (the day of the snow and sub zero temps) to find my house at 57 degrees. Messed with the heater for 2 hours, and waited until the snow stopped before calling Waldorf Riley. I was told it would require a $106 deposit to get a tech out and if it was the same part I would be reimbursed. HOW ABOUT FIXING THINGS RIGHT WHEN I PAID FOR IT THE FIRST TIME AND NOT EXPECT ME TO CONTINUALLY HAVE TO MESS WITH IT FOR IT TO WORK. THEN EXPECT MORE MONEY TO FIX IT. I'll freeze before giving them my business.

The installation service from this company was great! The guys who did the installation were conscientious and professional. They came out quickly and I am very pleased with their work and equipment!

Every time I have a heating or air issue, they are always willing to help. Christina, the office manager, is very knowledgeable and friendly when you call in. I 100% recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

Got a new heater and ac units from them they did a great job with the price and install. Recommend.

I had a great experience with Waldorf-Riley. The technician quickly identified the issue with my AC unit. I was given options on repair or replacement. I chose to replace my almost 30 year old unit and was given a quote, same day. Two days later, my new AC and furnace was installed! From start to finish, everyone at Waldorf-Riley was on their game!! Highly recommend.

AC went out and it got beyond just hot. Steve was great in diagnosing the repair, and coming back when the system had further issues. One of the staff drove a motor up from Ark City so it could be replaced. Definitely 5 star service.
