Called and spoke with Shaun(?) in the office, to see if they carry R-22, he was able to confirm that they do. Asked how much it costs per pound and general idea on service fee. He said they don't have prices in the office, only the technicians have that info. Asked to be transferred to a tech. He said they are all busy assisting clients. Okay, that's fine. Asked if he could email me when he gets that information from one of the techs later. He refused to help further at that point.
Thanks for at least confirming you have R-22 though.
Edit: Thank you for clarifying. I hope in the future you can communicate that the reason you won't provide pricing is because of policy and not invent something like the techs only having those numbers and then refuse to assist the customer in getting in contact with a tech. A Service Fee should 100% be available upfront though.

Air Care was able to come out and give a quote the same day, after we had a terrible experience with the salesman from another company. They were able to give us a great price. The technician was lovely, on time, very respectful of our space, and did an awesome job.

Josh G came out and was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Because of his excellent service, Air Care will become my “go to” in times of need. Thanks Josh!
Casey did a great job assessing the health of my AC system and making sure it was operating perfectly. We discussed some concerns I had about zone cooling and he scheduled a follow up consultation for the next day.
I've used Air Care for just over one year now. They are very responsive and their technicians are professional and happy to explain what they're doing, including any possible issues to look for in the future. Larry and Casey did a great job in our most recent maintenance visit.
Had another TWO great experiences with Air Care: 1. Jason came out to our rental condo to assess our older AC and HVAC to see what. - if anything - needed to be replaced. He took time to speak with me about what he saw, and he gave me some options. Estimates came within minutes and we will be replacing units with them soon. I appreciated that he was very straightforward and explained all my options.
2. Larry came and serviced our AC at our home. We've found it easy just to be on their annual servicing plan. We received reminder texts to schedule, and before the appointment. Larry was very nice, professional, and explained clearly the status of everything.
Where do I start? Best experience with any business I’ve ever had. John and team were quite amazing. John came for a consultation on Wednesday, gave us an innovative solution for our ac issue (we had talked to 4 other hvac companies who could not solve the problem). We received a bid for a very fair price onsight and John and team were able to complete a big job for us on Friday of the same week. the team stayed until 8pm on a Friday night to finish the job. I can’t thank John, team, air care and the other great staff enough. You have a customer for life.

Since we did a complete new install of an HVAC , there were a couple of follow-up items with the thermostat. Brad came out to help troubleshoot the configuration and then Shane came shortly after the install to discuss some options. Finally a visit from Josh the tech to do the install. Again very professional and customer focused.
Josh from scheduling was always very good about getting these visits scheduled and knowledgeable. Something that is very unique with a service company today. The person who answers the phone has good information .
