Great group of people. Took a very old furnace fan motor down to their shop and they had a replacement for it. It had different wiring then the old one so they rewired the new one to fit the wiring on the furnace. Very professional and reasonable priced

Moved back to the USA from Calif. and wanted to replace our low efficient heating and cooling system with a high efficient system. Called DeBakers, Mr. DeBaker came out himself on a Saturday and gave an estimate on a Lennox top of the line heat pump system (which is what I wanted) and I had them install the new system. They were quick and did a very professional job.
We had a small problem with the system on a Saturday so I called them, the person on call that day was not that familiar with this system and said that the office would call me on Monday. Being from that other country (California) I thought yeah sure!
On Monday I got a call at 8:05 they said they would have someone come out to check it and at 8:30 "Jay" pulled up the driveway, He has been with them for almost 50 years. He diagnosed the problem and took care of it. Which turned out to be a relatively small problem. Since I am from that other country I am not used to this kind of service .
Even when I call I actually get to talk to a person that is friendly and helpful (not a machine or someone off shore). Not used to this kind of service!
Highly recommend them!

I have used them many times. My furnace goes out at worse times. They are always here the next day. They are very friendly. They do excellent work.

Great business, they go above and beyond. Even they provide repair services they're more than happy to help the DYI homeowner. They even took me back into their shop to explain how to install the replacement part I purchased.

Very pleased with DeBacker's! I called this morning and the friendly, professional technician (Chance) arrived mid-afternoon. It took him about one minute to diagnose the problem was a faulty sensor. Fifteen minutes later my furnace was up and running again! I haven't seen the bill yet, but so far, I highly recommend these guys!

This was my first time working on a furnace, and I did a little research and came to the conclusion that I could perform the service myself, just needed the parts. After stopping at three stores in Topeka and realizing that either they didn't carry the parts or wouldn't sell me the parts without doing the installation themselves, I came across DeBacker's.
I stopped in, and was given the replacement parts I needed without hassle. And when I realized I had the wrong part (my own fault) DeBacker's was able to get me what I needed quickly.
If I ever need service or parts for my furnace or AC, this is who I will call first.
